The Flatwoods McDonalds place is probably the best McDonalds location I ever ate at. I mean, the burgers might be a little messy, but it’s still really good, especially the nuggets. The workers there are friendly and helpful and serving good food. Totally recommend this place. 5 stars no question. Most of the time I do take out but on Halloween we eat inside. We eat inside around 3-4 times a year. Good place.
Took a little longer than usual to get our happy meal, and the tables were a little dirty--but to be fair, they were slammed when we went in. The manager (I'm assuming) was apologetic and friendly, and gave my daughter an ice cream cone for our long wait. Unless the service is horrendous, long waits don't discourage me from patronizing a restaurant, so we'll be back!
This place has uplifted our local community through so many hard times! Thank God for these wonderful people!

After addressing previous issues, the restaurant has improved its food quality and preparation. Customers generally have a good experience, with friendly management and a convenient drive-through. The app has become a game changer, allowing customers to give their code at the window and speed up the process. However, some staff may still be in training, affecting customer service. While the iced sf coffees are considered acceptable, experiences with customer service can vary, as some windows may have great service while others may fall short. Overall, it remains a quick meal option in the area, despite some concerns about the drive-in process.
