When I was halfway into my bacon cheese biscuit I couldn't swallow the food! Their was plastic melted in with the biscuit. Probably from not removing the cheese wrapper properly!

After a few complaints, the food is much better. I talked with a manager and she was really nice and said she would talk to the morning staff about doing better with the quality of food and better preparation. I went back about a week later for breakfast and the food was excellent.

My experience was good, but the customer service could have been just a tad bit better. It was a young person, so it might have been their first time working a job, so I cut them some slack. Other than that, it was an enjoyable experience!Parking: The parking lot is set up just fine. It's easy to get In-N-Out, and it has a two lane drive-through, which I do like. There's parking on both sides of the restaurant, which comes in handy.
The sweetest woman works there :’) absolutely made my day. We need more people like her great food on top of that!:)

Me and my boyfriend came thru drive thru last night...night before thanksgiving and it was awful !!! We just ordered 4 double cheeseburgers and ended up getting a mcrib meal.... The women who worked drive thru was having such a hard time bc everyone else back there was goofing off she was the only one taking her job serious...tried Calling store today and got no answer hopefully the gm sees this review and gives that drive thru women a good job and get the cashier and cooks in line ! Im sure there was several angry customers last night

I walked in ordered like anyone else, the food was good but the ice coffee had a issue with the flavor. I walked up to the counter and they asked if I wanted another one or anything. they was so friendly about it after I was getting ready to leave they was greeting so nice. I will definitely come back the manager even is nice.
