Ordered boneless wings and garlic bread with cheese. The breading on the wings was soggy and chicken was full of fat. As someone else mentioned, the bread was doughy and the cheese was barely melted with a plastic taste. My husband had a sandwich and it was just so so. Had to throw it all out because it was just plain gross. A waste of money.

Flatwoods Giovanni's has gone down hill over the years. We had stopped eating because their food didn't taste as amazing as it used to.We decided to stop in for the buffet last week and it was awful. None of the pizza was done, very doughy and cheese barely melted. We also enjoy sauce on our pizza and there was barely any there.The sub sandwiches are no longer soft and garlicky. They're hard and pretty dry.We used to eat here at least once a week and we just had to stop.

I know the holidays are hard on service workers. but my 75 year old mother ordered from here once a week always. she gets her and dad antiposta salads every week. they messed them up. I know it was not in purpose. but my mom asked that they please send the right one and was denied this. they said they would but only at 10 pm and only if she drove half way to meet them. this was a 8pm this was her dinner. they go to bed by 10. I am so disappointed in them. she didn't get to eat last night. I want them to do something about this and I don't want them to be rude to them again. I hope you can fix this because they love your place. and this is not right. I expect to hear from you. period

We were in Pikeville for a concert and wanted Giovannis. We requested delivery, and it being busy in town, didnt expect it for a bit. We were pleasantly surprised when the hot and fresh food arrived 30 minutes later!! Our Giovannis isnt that fast! So happy!!!
I would give a 0 star if I could. Planned a party in their party room. Called 3 weeks in advance to book the party room. They took my info over the phone and told me they had put name down for the room on the day of my kids party. Party day we show up and they do not have my name on their book. I have people coming and can't use their party room. A party was going on and about to finish at 3 pm and another party starting at 5 pm. They would not allow us to use the party room in that 3pm to 5 pm time frame. We had my kid's party there in the dining room, ONLY because we had people coming. Manager was no help at all. Just said "Sorry"! Food was ok. Server was friendly. We will NEVER be back. We pass to many other Giovanni's on the way there. Definitely would NOT recommend to have a birthday party there.

Just had hard dried out pizza delivered to my door. Every time I order from here it's never very good. The sauce has evaporated the crust is tough and the chz is like hard plastic. I ordered a peperroni pizza with half bannana peppers. The peppers have been thrown on after it came out of the oven.

Most Giovanni's food seems pretty close to any other and for the most part this one is pretty good. There are some of the staff that are really friendly and attentive but there are more that are not.

Diederich Blvd. location foo has gone downhill. Ordered Steak Sandwich and the bread wasn't done. Tasted gummy! Yuck!
