“I love going to this place. I was in there last weekend with my girlfriend. A fantastic addition to the community. Their bartenders are friendly, and the owners are wonderful. “The drinks taste wonderful and there is a great variety to choose from. I’ve tried 3 beauty teas and 2 shakes, each one sugar-free and delish. I’ve also tried the protein balls, tasty as well. Would definitely recommend. Also, I was blessed with a cute holiday cozy for my drink cup.”

Some specials to try are the Ram horns which are freshly made creamhorns. Another special is the pizza. They make themselves and is fantastic on the weekends. They also have really good turn overs and Danishes.***Update***Went around 9:30am on a Saturday and they were out if doughnuts ?... they had a few danishes and turnovers left but that was about it. They are open until noon on Saturdays so this is a bummer. Go early if you want anything”

“The picture below is of Happy Roberts It was the railroad Express and ticket agent with the NMW railroad for a short time he was the director of this end of the DTNI railroad. He was my grandfather He was there when the depot opened for service and there when it closed. So if you here somebody laughing and or smell the cigar or chewing tobacco it's a little hat of Christian Brothers Brandy that's my grandfather still looking over the depot. So if you're visiting the depot as you walk through the door turn right and where there used to be another door say hi to my grandfather and look at the memory The memorabilia. Enjoy the fantastic food and libations as occasionally a freight or cold train will go by.”

“Down home (Scioto County) we really don't have chain ice cream places other than Dairy Queen. This mom and pop shop is in franklin furnace, (GREEN to the locas) they have hot food as well as cold treats. Very nice and clean, service is what you expect from an area where southern hospitality begins.”
