Papa Johns has fallen off my list of pizza choices. They just kept dripping their quality until we finally said enough. I don’t think it’s just this location, I think it’s corporate choice to use cheaper and cheaper ingredients. Which is hilarious based upon their mantra. It seems to me that it all started when they bought out the founder. Somebody now in charge who doesn’t care about the quality just the bottom line. Change everything back to how you did it five years ago and I may give it another try.

We need to define what is a large pizza. I ordered 3 large pizzas. What I got was 12 inch small pizzas. Literally pizza slices about 5 inches. This complaint isn’t about the service or employees but with the establishment itself. $53 dollars. Going forward I’ll only order where the sizes are defined. Small med and large is not good enough.

Went in to pick up my food. Got my food 20 minutes later than they said I would get it online. When they finally did hand it to me it had been sitting on the rack forever. And I watched one of the employees hit a weed pen right behind the register in front of everyone.

Food was cold and disgusting, crust was just dough with raw meat and vegetables on top, cheese tasted like it was coated in sugar, sauce tasted rancid and I paid for 3 sides of peperoncino pepper and got 3 peppers, two of which were dehydrated and hard as a rock. Complete waste of money all around and way too expensive to he just nasty.

Very rude, hung up on me 2 times, put on hold 3 times order extra toppings didn't get what I paid for, and wanted to argue with me. Also this is not the first time.

We order from this location a lot in our food is 95% of the time to our house within 20 minutes and as always fast and fresh

Purchased from this location three times. Twice delivery, once carry out. All were bad experiences. I took my pizzas to the store. I have tried to call the store. I have called the customer service number only to be meet by nasty, non-english speaking representatives.

I will never order from Papa John's again.

I called told them PEPPERONI UNDER CHEESE and lite cheese I asked push it back when it comes out get little darker cause i didnt want well done and they didn't do either especially when i called and told them and the guy said we normally dont do that i told him they always do it for me the store manager knows i like it like that i should checked it before Ileft there, there getting lazy and lazy

I recently ordered a Papa Bowl from Papa John's in Flatwoods, KY, and added extra cheese for good measure. What I received was a sad excuse for a meal – a bowl with barely any cheese or toppings, even though I paid extra.

When I called the store to express my disappointment, the store manager was incredibly rude and dismissive. She yelled at me, insisting that's just how Papa Bowls are made and there was nothing she could do. She then abruptly hung up on me.

I'm shocked and appalled by the terrible customer service and the subpar quality of the food. I could have ordered a plain pizza and removed the toppings, and it still would have had more substance than this pathetic Papa Bowl.

I sincerely hope the owner of this Papa John's location sees this review and addresses the serious issues with their staff and food preparation. In the meantime, I strongly advise potential customers to avoid the Papa Bowls and consider other options for their meal.

Fast delivery to my hotel. Said 45 minutes, but took less than 30. Highly recommend a large, thin crust with jalapeños and pineapple. The heat and the sweet is amazing.
