I order 8 pizzas here for a party. Admittedly I did place the order online. The Deals offered were fabulous. With that being said I still received the best customer service I have in years.
I can’t recall his name but a younger gentleman called me 30minutes prior to my pick up time. He wanted to confirm I would still like to place the order. He also wanted to confirm if one of the eight pizzas I had ordered was in fact supposed to be cut in slices. If it weren’t for him I would have missed it because I wanted all of the pizzas sliced as squares.
The pizzas were all cooked to perfection, and topped well. I didn’t feel like I had been ripped off.

Ordered the cheesy dipper pizza they didn't include the dips. They gave us 3 plain ranch dips instead and the pizza was extremely thin more than a thin crust pizza. The double breads ticks were missing seasoning. The food was hot and we still ate it but I was disappointed with the quality this time.

I got trapped in their drive thru for over an hour tonight when the power went off for a moment and reset their register. They didn't even bother to come out and tell me, they just left us all chilling in the drive thru for over an hour while they made excuses not to make our orders. Little Caesars had half of their kitchen without electricity and still made a pizza. What's your excuse?

The man working the register was clearly high on meth! Sweating, and confused. Had lots of trouble ringing me up denying help from the manager. I hope he doesn’t prepare food! Almost walked out, probably should have. Will not return to Flatwoods store!

I'm not sure what has happened to Pizza Hut as a national company, but their"product" and customer experience has FALLEN WAAAAAAAAY OFF. So, first, when you call to place an order, you get connected to a foreign "call center" where they can BARELY speak english. So, since that didn't work, I tried to go to the website. Ordering on the website was absolutely terrible and took nearly an hour of reloading and refreshing the site and trying to complete the order. Whoever is in charge, nationally..... YOU ARE MAKING THE WRONG CHOICES!!!!!!!

Seriously....3 pieces of chicken and i think they forgot the alferdo sauce for the Chicken Alferdo.As for the pizza...its no wonder they give dipping sauce..there's little to no sauce on the pizza. Very disappointed.
