I called the store asking for a customer service line due to a charge that should not have been coming out of my account the manager in the background is screaming hang up. I call the store right back letting the woman know I heard her I was simply calling about charges not complaining on the store, but now the customer service is right down disgusting! You should never deny a customer the right to speak with someone due to a problem. I will never order that that store again. Subway your staff needs a course in proper customer care

I appreciate the wide variety of healthy ingredients to choose from, but, it is quite pricey. There is a sandwich that I particularly enjoy and I have tried to work with the staff in earnest on getting the order correct, but, in the end I was overcharged because they made a mistake. The customer shouldn’t pay extra because the staff doesn’t know what they are doing. In the end this mistake makes my sandwich unaffordable to me and I won’t be back.

I deducted a star just due the the amount of employees working. When you release coupons in the local paper, please have enough people to help the influx of new customers. Kayla and Brittany were absolute beasts, turning out 10 to 15 sandwiches in just a few minutes. However it's not fair on them to have to do all the work because the establishment doesn't have enough crew members. Treat your employees better and they will do more for your business.

I never write reviews but this subway in flatwoods really deserves a review. The past couple months every time I go there they cannot get a simple order correct. I tried to call in an order, which is something I do often and then I Pick my food up. Well after telling the employee my order he then says to me, " you know why don't you just come in and order it will be faster" he really didn't give me another option as he quickly hung up on me. Several times I have ordered online and they never put what I ask for on my sandwiches. I am paying for this extra stuff to be added and not getting it. The problem is the two young boys they hired. Very rude to my husband. Very poor food service.

Dream Clean
The best subway I have ever been to. The place is always spotless. The employees are always friendly and willing to make whatever concoction you can think of. I have been coming here for about 2 years now at least 2-3 times a month and have not had a single bad experience. They need to use this store as a training model to show how things should be done. Thank you all for your hard work and outstanding customer service.

I would have given a better rating but the young lady who waited on me seemed more concerned about going outside with her boyfriend instead of taking care of customers. The inside needed cleaned but at least she got my food made correctly.
