I went to get coffee on January 28th and online it said they were open until 10 or 11 and I went up there was a line out to the street but I still decided to wait as I drove a long way and the workers decided to wait until I was the next car in line to tell me they were closing the store early at 7 and I could not get served today… after a 30 min drive and already waiting 20 minutes on the street in line the customers in front of me got served but myself and everyone behind me were asked to leave. At least advertise that you close early or let all of the customers in line go.

They need to train at the newport ,ky location everytime i come here they skip cars , never take payment at the car and never prepared to open at 5:30 your left sitting in the morning for extra 10 mins because they have not logged into their tablets or got their drawers ready! If you are open at 5:30 am that means your and tablets should be ready no later than 5:20 to open and get customers in and out

This place is a and always has traffic backed up on 42.. they should of made the parking lot bigger or something.. it's going to cause a wreck.42 is way to congested as is

Why is it so hard to put caramel drizzle in a cup? Why are we being stingy? Is there some kind of caramel shortage I don’t know about because this is getting ridiculous. I even ask for extra drizzle hoping to get a little more and somehow end up getting less than average. This has happened more than three times. When someone asks for extra caramel drizzle DROWN THE CUP IN DRIZZLE. Everything else is great but come on.

This has been the worse coffee I’ve ever had! I’ve been wanting to try this coffee for a while and finally had the chance to. I ordered a cold brew and an ice latte just so I had two options. Ordered like I do at any other coffee shop and took the first sip of the cold brew… absolutely disgusting! Tasted like dirty water. Almost no flavor and no coffee whatsoever! So I tried the latte it was just nasty milk. Again no coffee taste to be found and the flavor did not tasted like caramel. Tasted nutty and like it was mixed with spoiled milk. Since then I haven’t craved a coffee. I think this place just ruined coffee for me forever. Please go anywhere else but here!

I went through the drive thru the other day and this girl I kept hearing people call her allysa and she was talking really inappropriate towards me flirting with me and when I went to go grab my drink she grabbed my hand and tried asking for my number

I’m not sure what kind of crazy plan someone had with the cones outside today but it caused unsafe conditions on the road. In fact 7 Brew has caused some major traffic issues for 42. It seems like they’re just unbelievably slow and constantly backing up onto 42 causing hazards to passerby’s.

This place should be shut down. It’s a hazard to the community. Traffic constantly backed up onto 42 blocking an entire lane of traffic just for sheep trying to pull in to get an overpriced cup of chain coffee. There was a perfectly fine small Mom and pop shop right next-door that this place ruined with much more expensive and worse coffee.

Chloe and Hope were the best! I have never been before and chloe broke everything down perfectly for me! I got the 7 energy with some flavors she had recommended and it was amazing! Keep it up! I wanted to personally write this about them. They were both amazing talkative and so friendly!
