Acapulco Mexican Restaurant

Unfortunately, I haven’t been back to this restaurant or location since the occurrence that happened at my last visit, but I decided to give it another try a few months later. My friend and I were sat immediately, and given the usual appetizer. Upon eating this, we found a long, black piece of hair in our salsa. We went to the front desk to pay for our soda, so we could leave and go elsewhere, and when we notified them of this, it didn’t seem as if the staff cared. We were not given an apology or any way to “fix” the situation. Otherwise told we’re “okay” and didn’t need to pay for the soda. Unfortunately, this was the same thing that happened at my visit before this, and why I didn’t return. It doesn’t seem as if any measures were taken to ensure this wouldn’t happen again, and we were disappointed.

I literally drive here from Ohio because it’s the best Mexican restaurant I’ve ever been to. Love this place! I highly recommend the fajita quesadilla, absolute game changer! And the margs are the best around!

Been going here for years. Service is great. Usually go here for family and friends functions with groups of 6+ and always have an enjoyable experience. Margaritas and food is spot on. Service is very friendly. Check it out

The Food was very good. The Atmosphere was typical and seemed clean. Unfortunately our server was not Great...I had to ask another server to bring salsa and drinks because ours had not come around in a while. However that server also disapeared, so we ask a different person and they did bring what we needed... But our server was MIA most of the time.

We were immediately seated. The waiter came over & got our drink order. I asked for a few minutes to look at the menu. He did return in a few minutes brought chips & salsa & took our order. We order 2 crispy tacos from the lunch menu, the chimichanga & burrito also from the lunch menu & a steak burrito from the regular menu. After he brought our food out & it was like 5 minutes tops. We never saw him again until he brought the check out. No drink refill.

In short, save your money and go somewhere else.
We ordered birria tacos and they were tasteless, under seasoned and awful in general. The worst birria tacos I have EVER had. The meat tasted extremely bad. And on to of that, the chips and salsa were a solid 0 stars. The chips tasted burnt and with a foul flavor. I pointed it out to the waitress and she said that’s basically what they taste like.
The place in general smelled bad as well.

Awesome first time here. We had a party of six and were seated upon entering and the service was on point. The food was some of the best Mexican food I've had in my life.

Our meal was fine. No complaints . Place seemed clean and tidy. The service was ok. Our only complaint was showing up and being seated. Telling the waiter we wanted to order lunch. Lunch ended at 3. It was 2:50. He said he would be right back. He waited to come back after 3 and we started asking about lunch he told us it was after 3 and we could only order dinner. A difference of maybe $5 on the price. Not a huge deal except that I don't Appreciate or condone unethical behavior. That extra $5 must be worth patrons going elsewhere for Mexican.

I like the new one better but this one is good too.

We ordered fajitas for 2 for delivery. The food arrived hot, tasty, and it was enough for 3 people. We will order again soon!
