We are from Michigan, wanted Mexican food thought we would give this place a try. That was the first mistake. The hostess was not hospitable. The waiter was terrible. He took our drink order came back and practically threw the menus at us. The food was ok. The restaurant was not very clean. My husband and I would not recommend this restaurant!!

I’ve been going here for years and this place will forever be my favorite restaurant. The employees are always very friendly. They ask how you are doing before and after your meal, and smile often. And the food is to die for! The chips and salsa is always flavorful and extremely delicious. The cheese dip isn’t free but is definitely worth the money in my opinion, it’s always so tasty and hits the spot every time. I 100% recommend eating here for lunch or dinner.
Very authentic food and the margaritas are the best in town. Very affordable. The menu is huge. Great staff. This is the goto place for the wife and I.

The newer Florence location on Hwy 42 (the old Shakey's Pub) is phenomenal! I am not sure what it is about this location, but the food and drinks just seem better than any of the other locations. And the service is top notch!
What's the point of typing in special instructions if they don't read them or give you what you asked for. So disappointing ? all I asked for was extra cilantro and lime .... ZERO extra of either. Also requested more broth than chicken, (because I'm sick)and NOPE ...loads of chicken and barely any broth ? First and last time ordering from acapulco. Perhaps if they had at least one person who speaks and reads English, this would be a plus!!!!

I am a door dasher and had to pick an order up tonight. Upon arrival I was ignored by staff for a few minutes, they didn't acknowledge my existence at all. Then when i got someone's attention they said my order was not ready. I asked for a time frame and all I got was "I don't know" I had to wait 15 minutes and finally someone brought it out to me but I was ignored in the meantime. Atmosphere is very hectic, unfriendly, and very cramped host area.
