Our service was awful, took 10 minutes to get our drinks, then 30 minutes to get our food. It was cold! My steak tacos were as cold as the guacamole on husbands entree, friends had chicken tacos and chicken burrito amigo was cold! I immediately sent mine back and said just take it off the bill. I didn't want to wait another 30 mins and take chance of being cold again! The skinny margarita was soooo sweet I couldn't drink it. Server never returned to table except to drop check off. Manager wouldn't come speak to me when checking out, sent word if I drank it I need to pay for it. Well.. it's still sitting on the table along with all the uneaten food.. They did remove husband's margarita and my food and removed one cold entree from friends bill. Folks! We eat Mexican 2 times a week! This was the worst food, service and drinks all around. We do not recommend Alcupolco in Florence.

Have been here multiple times. And every time we go ; service is extremely slow. Waited 20 minutes just for someone to take our order. Then food was cold. Will not return.

The burn down was totally an Insurance job, bad timing opening the new one then the pandemic hit, I feel for you, but it would have gotten better.

I took my husband for Father's day lunch. Even though the chimichanga was pictured with the lettuce, tomato, sour cream etc.. on the side I didn't get any. Waitress said it didn't come with it. She asked me if I wanted some. When my bill came there was an additional charge of $2.50 for a dollop of sour cream, and a little lettuce. There was also an additional .25 cents for a carryout we got for my son who was at work. Those charges are ridiculous!!! We will never go there again! My seafood chimichanga had 3 pieces of shrimp and hardly any other seafood. It was an onion chimichanga!! I'm still angry that they would price gouge this way. I guess they needed to make more money thru the pandemic!!

I loved this place! Would drive from Indiana to Kentucky to see family... always want to stop and eat here! Favorite Mexican restaurant !!Sad to see it closed.. hope they rebuild!

I remember eating at an acapulco restaurant with my family a year or so ago, and I've not once had a bad experience. The food is delicious, and the serving sizes are great. Hopefully this location is able to be rebuilt.

I've been here a couple times since discovering the place last month and it never ceases to amaze. The portions are massive and super filling, lots of meat and protein. My mother and I stuffed ourselves and still had 3 boxes of leftovers to take home and the bill was only $20! Everything tastes amazing and fresh, every time. Love this place.

I thought I'd try the quesadilla. The chicken was good but the rest was not. Very little cheese and expensive for the portion size. The service was awful! Had to ask for silverware. They brought it out in a dishwasher rack past our table, wrapped it in paper towel and brought it to us. The server was not friendly and acted as if we put her out asking for silverware and napkins.

I went in to pick up an order and I waited 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me when I told them what I needed I was literally pushed aside and told to wait while they waited on people who were dining in who arrived after I did I finally had to demand my drinks that went with the food I was picking up so I could be on my way. They are always rude they have no appreciation for their customers that order take out or delivery. I wouldn't eat here and I refuse to pick up any orders from here period.
