It took us a while to give them another try. This time was worse than the last. Dropping from 3 stars to 2. This location is nasty, and the roast beef tasted like it sat out all day. This time I called and complained. The person that answered the phone would not get the manager on the phone until I explained what the problem was. When I told her, she hollered out and asked if the manager felt like dealing with a complaint or should I hang up and laughed and hung up. Done with Arby's just like we were done with Frisches nasty food and service. 2 stars is being nice. It should probably be 1 star.

I know Biden is still President and all, but the inflation at this location is jaw dropping. Prices for a family of four (including two kids) almost touched $60.

I sit & wait 15 minutes for my order just to get home & it be the regular onion bun & not a sesame bun like I requested (I said it twice through the drive through speaker, too). I drive back & ask for my sandwich to be made the way I asked & so they remade it, however all my sides were now cold but that’s fine I have a microwave. Until I finish my sides & open up my sandwich to find that it yet again was made incorrectly with an onion bun. I’m sorry but that’s honestly ridiculous. Also, if you don’t want to work at Arby’s don’t work there. If you do, you ought to know how to treat customers or take a class in customer service Instead of walking away from me before you’re even finished with your sentence practically rolling your eyes with your tone acting like your work is the bane of your existence. Or maybe just be a pleasant person if you’re going to work with the public. The two male workers on the other hand were wonderful.

I had to ask, was that a double beef and cheddar? It just didn't look like it was big. Enough matter of fact, I don't think they put enough beef on it.
We placed our order in the drive thru at 12:48 we got our food at 1:31 then they forgot something so add 4 more minutes to the total time spent was way to long and the sandwiches were cold we spent 28$ DONT EAT THERE UNLESS YOUR FREE FIR ABOUT A HOUR AND GET COLD FOOD. We WILL NEVER
