When I first arrived into the building it was really cold (and I am not a person that has a problem with cold). Before I could eat half of my sandwich, it was steaming HOT! Very strange, and management should look at their dining room temperatures.
I don't normally have issues with this location.

Horrible I have that roast beef Philly steak sandwich supposed to come and fries it says so on the commercial they give you curly fries for the sandwich drink and curly fries was $12 it really wasn't worth it

It's fast food, and I hate fast food. But when you're on the go and your stomach is starting to think your spine is a t-bone stake, you eat. It filled the void without making a return trip, and wasn't the worst thing I've ever eaten. Had no issues with my order, nor with the staff- they were nice. Would rather have Arby's than mc d or BK any day, if forced into a choice of fast food
