Employees were so nice and food was made fresh. They even apologized for the wait but we were super happy to wait for fresh food rather than food that had been sitting out.

It's fast food, and I hate fast food. But when you're on the go and your stomach is starting to think your spine is a t-bone stake, you eat. It filled the void without making a return trip, and wasn't the worst thing I've ever eaten. Had no issues with my order, nor with the staff- they were nice. Would rather have Arby's than mc d or BK any day, if forced into a choice of fast food

Verify that the order was correct. Have a better understanding of someone issues. Don't try to talk over a customer when they are trying to talk about the issue. Do better on trying to make it right. Management was very rude and disrespectful.

Well it was good, there was a person working with the food that was coughing and I kept watching her to make sure she was not doing it on my food! I think someone should have sent her home for the day! The food was good as always but I just didn't like the idea of her maybe giving me germs!

This place.... I tried calling, couldn't get an answer, yesterday around 7pm, I went to get some food. I had a double and fries...there was only one worker behind the line, noone at the counter. Another tall worker appeared from the back, the guy on the line asked him to assist with my order. All fine... Or so. I thought ...
He starts working on my order, then another person appears towards the end of me receiving my order. I leave.
So, here is the dilemma where it starts, at 2:22 this morning, all the way until a few minutes ago, I kept vomiting and pooping uncontrollably. So, I'm pretty certain the person who came back from wherever he was didn't wash his hands. (Seems like he came out of the employee bathroom in the back, like fast food places usually have.) I tried calling, no answer.... Hopefully this will get the point across to. These people, I really need an IV since I can't keep anything down. I may run to the hospital, and by all means. I will send Arby's corporate the bill.

The food was burnt I got a rather expensive sandwich I wish I wouldn't have it barely had anything on it the bun was burnt the potatoes cakes weren't even done it was really bad and cost way more than it should have

Drive-thru to grab lunch on way home. No wait to place order. Paid and short few minutes and order was ready and hot. No complaints.

Got my food to go and my daughter got a mint chocolate shake. When we got home we noticed it had a couple roaches in it. That is disgusting
