I enjoy the smoothies here but they jave a weird taste like they put too much protein powder in them and they sont always taste like fruit

They have a refreshing selection are flavors and options of shakes smoothies and bowls I've been here three times now and I look forward to my next trip. The atmosphere seems pretty relaxed and could be a nice hangout Spot while enjoying your purchase.

I wanted something sweet but healthy so I found this place, and read good reviews on the apple jack smoothie and it did not disappoint! I got it with cashew milk and yummy yayyyyy! Winning!!! Cheers!!!

I love it here. And I come almost 4 days a week to the Florence location. My only request is to make sure everyone makes the smoothie the way Ben does. Everone else it tastes watered down like to much water or ice was in it. Have Ben make all the smoothies.

I ordered an Island Bowl with honey and granola for almost $11 and what I got was a pile of açaí with granola and honey on top. The island bowl comes with bananas, blueberries and strawberries, all 3 of which were not in my bowl that I paid $11 for. I don’t normally buy food out since everything is so expensive now, so I was considering this as a treat for myself. I will not be giving anymore of my hard earned money to this business just to receive the wrong order. Get it right.

Better Blend makes Nutrition delicious!! I have loved every menu item I've tried. The boost add ons are amazing and add so much to the smoothies. The bowls are big in portions and taste. One of my favorite places.

Small shop with not much seating. No problem there. We just grabbed on the go. But, I got a green Goddess, and they had a bunch of peach pit ground up in the smoothie. That presents a few issues.
1) The fragments were very sharp, and I did not want to take the chance on them coming out the other end.
2) Peach pits can be metabolized into cyanide and can be dangerous, an upset stomach at minimum but can also lead to organ failure and death.

First, the people who work here are great. Polite, upbeat, energetic - I haven’t had any customer service issues.
I have always gotten the blueberry banana blend - I’ve tried others and wasn’t really into them, but the blueberry banana used to be the best tasting thing ever (IMO). It was always deep purple, flavorful, and dense (very heavy cup). The last 3 or 4 times I’ve gone (over the last maybe 6 months) however, something noticeably changed with the blend. Each time, I’ve gotten a light, airy, bad-tasting light pink colored blend. Each time I ask them to remake it, they agree it’s very light and looks weird, and remake it (again, the people there are great). It comes out pretty much the same way.
I try not to be fussy so I just say it’s better and go about my day and chuck it in the sink when I get home. Wait a month or so and try again hoping the kinks are worked out, but it’s still the same .
Decided to just pick up a small blender and start making it at home for now. If the owner takes anything from this review, it’s that your employees are awesome, but at least the blueberry banana has changed to the point of being a bad choice all-around. Not sure if the protein powder changed or something else - it just isn’t what it was ~6+ months ago (maybe longer, pretty bad with time ha) and at the price point, it isn’t worth the risk of hoping it turns out better anymore.
I’m sure other blends still taste delicious though.
