Gracie is wonderful! She’s always so sweet and has great customer service every time I come into Biggby. She also makes some of the best drinks — they’re always consistent and really good. I always enjoy stopping in when she’s working!

Ravens Nest studio

I had such an amazing experience at this location. The service was great and the girl taking my order (I think her name was Molly) was so patient and insightful when I didn’t know what to order. My order is never wrong and is always served hot. I will forever recommend this location over others!

This used to be the best coffee spot in Florence. Not anymore. Last time in the drive thru we waited 23 minutes despite being fifth in line. Then an older woman was rude to both her coworkers and customers. Both items in our order were incorrect. We pointed this out and were told “sorry, that’s what kid in the receipt.” No offer to correct it. We are glad there is a new option nearby.

I visit a few times a week. Today I order a 20 oz teddy bear on a friday- signage outside says it's $5 but the cashier at the drive thru charged me the normal $7.67. I asked about it and she advised she wouldn't know and can't see because she just clocked in. She proceeded to say a few more unkind words and wouldn't give me a straw.

Normally don’t have that many issues with this location but this coffee this morning is AWFUL. It’s separating completely and is SO bitter. I’ll be going to the one in Erlanger from now on. This is unacceptable for the price.

The dark stuff at the bottom? Is the coffee separating. This is a Honey Cinnamon Vanilla. Definitely doesn’t look right. Definitely doesn’t taste right.

Ohmygosh!! Don’t walk, RUN to this gem in Florence! Wow. We stopped for non-⭐️bucks coffee and I’m SO GLAD WE DID! Lela, Casey, TJ, Amber and Macie are delightful, knowledgeable, friendly and talented baristas. You’ll leave with a life-changing coffee (take Lela’s advice and get oatmilk!) and new friends. They’re the best part of KY!

I go to Biggby every day. My son is autistic And it's part of our routine every morning. I have noticed over the past few months it has gotten worse with food orders and waiting. There needs to be some type of new method or a different line for people who get food than get coffee. I ordered one coffee and sat behind someone for 10 minutes that ordered 1 ham sandwich. As I was leaving there was a line out to the street. Her one sandwich backed everything up. There has to be a more efficient way

We ordered a couple drinks (iced tea and the avalanche iced coffee), 2 muffins, 1 bagel with cream cheese, and 2 bagel sandwiches. The taste of the food was pretty good. However, they didn't take our name or give us a number. They just call out what is ready. They called out a sausage and egg on asiago (my dad's order) but it was immediately grabbed by another customer. We didn't know if it was theirs. The other 2 bagels were ready, and the people who ordered after us got their food. I ask about the last sandwich because the rest of us were almost done eating, and they said it was almost ready. Several minutes later they say a sausage and egg on everything is ready, and we say that's not our order. They check the receipts because I guess they didn't believe us and said someone else might have taken our food. My dad wanted to leave without his food because everyone else had finished, but we obviously wanted everyone to eat. It took a ridiculous amount of time, and it could all have been avoided if they just called names. It's also possible they just made the sandwich on the wrong bagel, but it still would have taken a long time since every item came up separately several minutes apart.
