I order from this location once or twice per year to get 3-4 bagels and coffees for me and my family. Every single time I've ordered from here, items have been made wrong or were entirely different from what I ordered. I never had this issue at the Taylor Mill location.

I ordered Bragel sausage, egg, and cheese today with Green tea. The bragel is soggy and wet like it not cook properly. My frozen green tea tastes good but needs more ice in it. I am a fan of Biggby but today I feel very disappointed. They used to be better or I should go to other locations.

The young lady with the baddest Nails that runs your drive-through is literally so amazing at her job. She is always so sweet so polite and very efficient. I drive all the way from Fort Thomas Kentucky to Turfway every single day because the customer service at this location is a 10 out of 10.

Biggby is the superior coffee company. Neither Starbucks nor Dunkin can hold a candle to Biggby. SO MANY flavors to choose from, so many beverage options to put those flavors in, so many snacks to round out your trip. You literally can't beat it. Plus, the espresso is pulled fresh for every drink so you don't end up with a drink that tastes almost burnt, old, and stale, which is my number one complaint almost every time I try to go back to Starbucks.

I ordered 5 coffees, they were handed to me in 1 singular, flimsy drink carrier. As soon as I pulled off, they all spilled right in my front seat. I called to make mention and it is “procedure” to stuff 5 big drinks into one 4-cup drink holder. Disappointed the manager was rude and didn’t have sympathy.

Coffee is great, waffle breakfast sandwich was delicious. Couldn't give a 5 on atmosphere cuz it is a coffee box in a parking lot. But quick service & i was on my way. Good for a busy morning.

My daughter and I went for a walk and decided to get coffee. We used the walk up and ordered a frozen tea and a blackberry cold brew. Daughter ordered a chai frozen mint tea and I got the blackberry. It's so good. I believe it's seasonal. It was soo good. I love all the sf options! The lady that helped was so polite and helpful!

Came here this morning for my 1st time. Was turned away because I only had a $50 bill. AFTER I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. Awful for a business to reject any type of money. My order was $18. So it wasn’t like it was a small order.
