Normally LOVE this Biggby so I’m keeping my rating still high but I did have a recent bad experience. The coffee they gave me was so frothy I could barely get it through the straw and was supposed to be “frozen” but was more like just blended to look the part. It separated very weirdly 20 minutes into it and tasted very strongly of coffee!!
I really do love this Biggby and they are SO great, I’m sure it was just someone new and it’s a risk you take at any coffee shop. I really probably should’ve caught it but was in a rush, but I feel so should’ve the baristas… won’t stop me from going but was disappointing.

Ordered a cold crew, bragel and a specialty latte. Nothing was wrong with the cold brew or the bragel, but my latte had no espresso in it. It might just be a trainers error or just a mess up, but it is the main purpose of the drink. The atmosphere is always shotty at this biggby, some cashiers are friendly others will slam the window in your face. Just some consistency issues.

all the drinks taste like acetone, and the prices are too high. wouldn't order ever again.
I made a long drive for a hot cup of coffee, but all I got was a tasteless, chilly one. ? Not recommended

I've asked for a bagel with extra cream cheese and hardly any cream cheese on it. I gave this place another chance and asked for extra extra cream cheese like a New York Style bagel cream cheese and was charged for 3 extra cream cheese and when I received the bagel it was less than the norm.

Some days are better than others which is the main problem at this location. Consistency. Some days the coffee is fine, others it is so bitter it's not pleasant and ruins the coffee (referring to cold brew) Today was a bitter day. Its really unfortunate because when right, it's delicious. I don't mind the waiting but service could be faster too.
