Charles provided excellent service, including food recommendations. He checked in appropriately. Dirty dishes were cleared between courses. Food was excellent. We used a gift card and the staff handled the transaction smoothly. We will definitely go again and recommend BJ's to others.

We were cramped in booth with 6 adults. There was plenty of seating. Overpriced domestic beer. Food was very good. Service was very good and then went kind of downhill.

It took a bit over 2 hours to order and eat. There were 5 people in our party (4 adults and 1 child). Our server was extremely pleasant and tried her best but was very busy. Dishes were piling up on the table as time went on so we had to find ways to combine them to make more room and try to make it easier on whoever cleared the table. The food was okay but not worth the extremely long wait between sitting, ordering, etc. We like this restaurant, but I think they need more employees.

The revolving door entrance is too close to the Hostess desk, We had to move and let people in who then kept cutting in front of us, luckily we had a reservation which helped but the area needs to be reconfigured. Drinks took forever to get to us. Way too loud in the bathroom area which is where we were put. Food was good :)

Overall really great! We really enjoyed all of the food we got! The drinks were great too. I like that they have $6 cocktails. Service was pretty good but occasionally took a while to get things/have her come back even though it wasn't super crowded. She was very nice though!
