We haven't been thrilled with BWW in several years but we decided to give them another try and, surprise, surprise, disappointed again. This time WAS a delivery order but showcases their food properly, regardless. Horribly dry chicken, tiny portions, overpriced. Pictured: chicken tenders and fries that supposedly had queso and chili on them but I can't seem to find any.
Do yourself a favor and go to Wings and Rings instead!

Walked in and waited to pickup my order standing at the counter. After about 10 mins or so another guy walks in and stand infront of the counter too.
Instead of asking who was waiting first the person behind the counter helps him first.

High pitched beep. I have hyperacusis, which makes this unbearable. The employee said it is the fryer. I told her I am leaving. I will never return
Food was great. Like bottomless appetizers, lunch specials were great. Server Corina was very good and kept the soft drinks full.

First of all the waitress served 3 other tables ahead of us that came in after us.thats why maybe our food was dried out under the heat lamps.had to ask her to check on the food.the beer (blue moon) was room temp at best.had to ask for refills.the bill was$50.85.gave her (2) $25 gift cards and $1.she asked to keep the change.left a $5 tip.the place really needs a good cleaning.I will find another place to get wings.
