The new melt buns are NEVER toasted 😭💔 You can order any burger from Sonic and ask for it on toast, i recommend doing that if you want this kind of burger!

This location is absolutely horrible!! The manager is rude as hell! They make you wait 22 minutes in the drive
thru!! It's a trashy place with workers that stand around smoke marijuana and don't give a darn about their customers! I will never eat here again with their food that looks like someone's leftovers!! The place is extremely slow, and not busy so why wait that dam long for an order and it be wrong at that!

No AC. Ordered Mozzarella Stick and came out broken and over fried and dark. Ordered them again and came out less broken but same over fried and dark. They need to change the fryer oil . Same with chicken nuggets they were dakr brown color. Do not recommened going to this location.

I never eat inside the restaurant and this will be my last visit EVER.

They tend to use old onion rings or old fries all the time so you have to ask for "No Salt" or you will get the greasy scoop from the bottom with all the bits and small pieces as they are too lazy to clean out the fryer bin.

I will not be going back here until they figure out what health standards are along with monitoring the time on the food.

I went inside to complain and it was like trying to talk to an empty box covered in dust (no brainwaves). I merely mentioned my food was cold and soggy and wanted to know if I could actually get fresh food or get quality food I paid money to receive.

This astonished the manager and baffled the staff as though they didn't know what to do. I left and gave them their nasty food back.. they can keep their $12 donation for the garbage food.

If I get a response: First educate your workers, NO I don't want a refund or a phone call or a survey just fix it. Just because prices are going up does not mean quality should go down.

Always a favorite for fast food! None better. The meat is always better quality and cooked to taste better. They are better at using fresh grease for fries. Their chicken nuggets are way better quality than any other fast food.

In a world today that is filled with hatred, disrespect and negatively, I thought I would just let you know that I visited for lunch today around 12:45 and everyone from the intercom to both windows through the drive thru was amazing! It's a relief to see friendly people! Great job!

Went here about a week ago and had it not been for cars in line, I would’ve thought it was closed, because no lights were on. Gave a coupon code of a free fry any size. Before I told her what the coupon was for, I was asked what size fry I would like, of course a large. Then I proceed by ordering a whopper. I was asked did I want cheese to which the person ordering for me said no 3 times. We get to the window and for some reason we hand out a $20 to only receive $10 and some change back with no receipt. Not paying attention we grabbed the food bag, I tested the fries (warm and obviously not cooked all the way, very limp) they’re not the best but I can work with them. Drive off and realize, we should have only paid for a burger, why is it $9. We tried to go inside but it was locked. It was about 9:30 ish so that makes sense. As we pull back around, I take a bite of sandwich only to realize it’s not to proper temp (could pick the cheese off the burger with ease) CHEESE!! Who asked for cheese?? After waiting on the other cars that accumulated whole circling back around, we finally get to the window. We tell the cashier what happened and she goes to get what I’m assuming to be a manager, who I’m assuming was woke up from a nap, because he wasn’t in the mood to provide customer service for a customer’s inconvenience. Not today. We advise grouchy that the burger has cheese which we didn’t ask for and we were charged for the free fry. He proceeded to ask for the receipt but because we never received one, we had nothing to present. He goes through the orders, finds the receipt, prints it off, refunds us for the fries and FINALLY asked for the burger, we hand him the entire bag. Because surely you don’t expect me to have sat at this window waiting on a refund for at least 5 mins after waiting behind other customers with fries that were already “warm” and not think you’re not going to give me fresh fries as well. He proceeds to say “just the burger.” We told him we need fresh fries too since you JUST decide to ask for the burger and now we have to wait on that too. He replies “I can do it this time but I won’t be able to do this again” .. WHAT!?!? What cavity did you pull that crap from??? You’re not suppose to hand out cold food, sit in the office your whole shift, not give a customer a receipt, have these lights off but you choose to state that accommodating a fresher fry for my inconvenience is something you “can’t do”. Because even if we paid attention and the change was right, I still had cheese on my burger!!! We asked could we get a receipt he said he can’t give us a receipt because he overrode it for a refund ) even though he printed out a receipt to be able to override ??‍♀️ okay buddy you got it. I’m sure he just didn’t want me to see that I was charged for the cheese I didn’t want nor asked for as well. What’s sad is, he’s more than likely a direct reflection of his leadership, if not at this job, all the ones before this one. (The new fry still wasn’t hot and the burger was cold)

Rafael is the most polite worker ever. He says yes ma’am and no sir and has a great personality. After a rough day it was nice to have someone be polite and patient while I ordered. He was awesome!
