Cashiers, possibly Manager, complaining loudly about life issues in front of customers.
Upsells adding Bacon by rushing thru repeating the order, then wait 10 mins for Fried wo Salt, that I didn't even order. Then she replies, well you got fresh fries, and i didn't get the bacon. Really?

This Burger King is bye far the worst fast food restaurant an the employees are rude they will mess youre order up and the workers are extremely rude
Dry chicken on my sandwich. No one else in the restaurant and it took them over 10 minutes to get my food. Supposed to be a fast food place. Ha ha

Loraine was amazing. Late night with three orders waiting. She got two at once all correct and was still working on a huge order. Kudos to her.

The gentleman taking orders at the window was pleasant, upbeat, and patient with my order. Ended up being the general manager. I heard him speaking to his team mates with respect while letting them know what he was still waiting for. Very pleasant experience. Good food too! Salt ratio on fries was great!

Very very very slow in drive thru. Once we got up there twenty min later. We was informed that there was three new cooks. My question where was the manager food should not have taken that long. People where leaving. The only reason we waited was it was my wife's birthday and she loves burger king. The rest of us hate it

Walked in to order. Took a solid 10 minutes for them to start taking orders from the line. They were filling orders already made but they seemed understaffed. Either way, they moved really slow and had no sense of urgency at all. Took about 30-40 minutes to finally get my food even though I ordered for one person. If it’s a staffing issue, I get that, but then what seemed like the manager came out from the back and started helping… after 30 minutes of drowning in tickets.

We waited in the drive through for quite a while and the guy ask us to wait. But, I didn't think we would be waiting for more than 5 minutes, so we left. We did overhear them taking a door dash order. Why? You had a paying customer right in front of you. Other cars behind us left also. Very disappointing

This store used to be a decent place to come to. They got a new manager I think is name is Nate but he is the absolute worst... The food quality and service has went down hill since this guy came in and took over the store. They had a really good team running morning and nights but anymore this place is just pathetic... Whoever is in charge of this place needs to open their eyes and get him out of that store and get back rh
