Make sure you check that you have ALL of your order before you leave the window. First they tried to have me pay for the wrong order then they tried to give me a drink I did not order. Next I was missing two sandwiches and last they did not give me the three for $7 deal. I paid $32 and should have paid $24 but didn't even get all I paid for. Not a good experience tonight. And if you try to call all you can get is a busy signal.

This store is much better than it used to be.
Everytime I go there, they pull my car ahead even if their isn't anyone in line. Go figure.

If you order something plain, it shouldn't come out with mustard in the wrapper and on the burger. They fixed it after I almost had to argue with them just to have a new burger made. Overall, the food was decent, but the atmosphere was very tense. I would prefer not to return back.

Someone needs to give these employees a raise! They are the friendliest people every time I come by and one of them knows me by my voice and drink order! I’m sure they are always working hard to meet their customers expectations. Not a lot of that around here so 5 stars from me! :) from the Coke Zero Peach gal

The employees preparing the food were busting it and the food was good. BUT we stood to order for several minutes as the manager Amanda and another young woman looked at us but never acknowledged us. Finally the young woman said well I guess I’ll take your order, then proceeded to walk out the door. The manager said to her she didn’t just walk out if people were in line but she held up her phone and said it’s 3:00 I’m out. The manager continued to serve the drive thru then gave us our food. The fountain machine was not working so I asked if she could please and I did say please, fill our cups with coke because the machine wasn’t working. She ROLLED HER EYES and said well coke is out what do you want. I asked her why she was acting that way and she said I asked you what you want and you haven’t answered. I told her there was no need to be disrespectful because I had been very patient and wasn’t aware they were out of coke and she said again well now you know what do you want, we chose sprite. As she handed us the sprite I asked her for the manager. She said she was the manager so I asked her name and she said it was Amanda. What a terrible attitude she had. Several people walked out while we were waiting and another person said he was only picking food up as a door dasher and he hates that particular Burger King. We will never go back, needless to say.

The service was unbelievably slow. Three workers- none wearing gloves. Two cars ahead of me and they each got just a drink or a small bag- each person waited 5+ minutes at the window for their order.
I sat at the window to pay (I only ordered a cheeseburger) for 10 minutes. The girl was mumbling and moving as slow as possible. Then the girl messed up the register and we had to wait on the manager after already waiting for 10 minutes. By the time I got my cheeseburger it was cold.
I don’t recommend this location. I will not be back.

Used to love this location but the last two times have been extremely terrible. They move extremely slow whether you’re inside or in the drive-thru. The cashiers are very rude. When the ice machine isn’t filled, they get mad if you ask for ice and roll their eyes. Can’t even enjoy a drink because they never change the machine so it isn’t flat. Management needs to get it together and get their employees in check. None of these employees should be able to work here. Have some pride about where you work and if you don’t, quit.

People may have issues but it's because they serve so many.
Between myself and my extended family we have NEVER had an issue here that they didn't immediately correct.
I think too many people expect a Michelin experience at a fast food place these days. I understand the prices have gone up, but guess what hasn't? Minimum wage. You get what they're paid for.

Can through the drive though with my family, used a code to get a discount. The cashier deleted our discount. We paid $24.62 but on the app it gave us points and said the total was $22.62 so $2 was missing. Asked for cheese on my whopper but that never happened most likely because she had an AirPod in. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

I've spent 2 years working with the company and my time here before I left I notice a lot of unfairness & disrespectful behavior held at this restaurant, the crew members aren't trained the right way to do their job correctly and the way the company train their managers, it doesn't seem like they show any professionalism or effort for those managers to succeed either. The "BIG BOSS" (District & General Managers) ONLY care about bonuses & self benefit, NOT customers OR quality of the food. Obviously, this store is bad for business. The shake machine does not get properly Sanitized or (cleaned at all) every night, there's mold build-up near drink machine(under drive-thru ice panel near ice machine by back window, inside deep freezers in kitchen) other areas in kitchen too, the company recycles "OLD" frying oil as well. The GM said "it helps to save money", the workers serves old meat to customers, there are NO normal food temperature checks, the broiler hood is caked up with grease & oil that drips inside the boiler (doesn't get cleaned normally). I could go on further about the carelessness of the current employees there too, but it's not their fault, they're just getting paid to care less!!! this review is NOT intended to badmouth the company at all, but this store needs more support with better customer service, better food service and better leadership, and more respect for one another. The food was too greasy. When I got home, I had abdominal pain and then “there she blows!” Yeah :/ no. Gave me food poisoning. 1/5 is generous. 3/5 for the employees as they were nice and welcoming. Besides that, don’t come here
