My egg white sandwich was nice and fresh and the coffee was really hot. The girl taking the orders was not very friendly for being a Chick Fil A employee which surprised me. The restaurant overall was clean.

We went during the off peak hours. Food was still served fresh. Service was still stellar. Dining room was still very clean. Excellent Spicy chicken sandwich. Excellent fries. Excellent location. Excellent staff. EDIT 2025: Super busy. But service was still excellent and food came out hot, fresh and tasty. I got a #2 with large fry and drink and the total was still under $12. What a great value.

Changing the fries will go down ass one of the worst decision made in fast food history. You went from literally the best fries to literally the worst. This will reflect in your numbers and reviews negatively hopefully fast enough to change it back.

They did not let my daughter get in the play area because apparently they were too big and tall
Sign on Interstate 71 says get off on the highway at this exit for Chick-fil-A. Get off the exit and a little sign says turn left and go 7/10 of a mile. There is no sign to tell you you have to turn right on Mall Rd in order to find the Chick-fil-A. Won't be back and not just because I don't live around here.
