The staff at this location is consistently inattentive and unprofessional. On multiple occasions, I’ve experienced them making brief eye contact only to ignore me, even having the audacity to engage in conversations with each other while I waited(this has included management as well). This lack of attentiveness is frustrating and has been echoed by others as well.
Additionally, the food quality has declined since the renovation. Our food was served cold, and no one called our name when it was ready. While the exterior of the location has improved, the service and food quality have worsened significantly.
As a loyal customer who values the brand’s reputation for great food and service, I’ve given this location several chances, assuming it might have been an off day. Unfortunately, my experiences have consistently left me feeling unappreciated as a customer, more like an afterthought than a priority. I hope there are steps taken to address these issues and restore the quality and service that the brand is known for🤬🤬

food was fine. when i went there was no one in line (inside) and i stood there for probably 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. people walked by and no one stopped to take my order. Olivia eventually came to take my order and was rude and short with me when i asked a question. after i was done eating i went up for a refill and waited again while people just walked by

I knew there was a reason I haven't ate here in a long time. Cane's was closed, got my sandwich home, no mayo in the bag. Who wants dry chicken on a dry bun with a couple pickle slices.... No one. I won't be giving this place any more chances to mess up my food with pleasure.

It's just like any other food place, the portion size is getting smaller while the price is going up. They have good chicken but their sides are really starting to lack. It's always crowded so they are making money. The employees are nice and helpful and there seems to be alot of them, cudos for that. Not a big parking lot so don't bring the trailer.
Vegetarian options: It's a chicken place so don't go if you if you don't like meat.
Parking: My opinion, their drive thru are excessive and take up alot of parking area. Not trailer friendly.
Kid-friendliness: This franchise has a kid play area that can get crazy! Have fun in there.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not very friendly in this category. Use the drive thru if in a wheelchair is all I can recommend.
If you enjoy paying for food that you do not receive I highly recommend this place. So far I’m batting a thousand when it comes to not receiving what I order from here. I’ll go into detail with the management team at this location if they are interested. Outside of that issue, it’s a decent chicken sandwich at the restaurant. I have no complaints with the quality of food that I am fortunate to receive from here.

The woman at the front counter at the Chick Fil A in Florence, KY on 1/10/25 was very unfriendly. She had a mean face the minute my wife and I walked up with our kid. My wife asked if the order was kids and she stated, "Yes what else would it be that's what you told me!" with an immediate rude tone. Then she continued this attitude and when my wife said her name, Kyla, she called her tyler and wrote Kayla on our order. Overall very bad experience, the restaurant was very packed and tiny. Also the children in the play area were very rude to my 6 year old son, the girls was picking on him for peeing his pants.

Consistent as with most other locations. Cashier was new and in training. Person who brought out the food was super nice. Very clean and fast service. A couple of minutes from the interstate, long lights are a thing in Florence. Overall everything you expect from Chick-fil-A. Faster than most other locations, much faster. Didn't eat in the dining room, wasn't crowded, but it was new years day.
