We have the reward program and we used the coupon for the free salsa and chips. When reviewing the bill online there was still a charge for the appetizer. No where in the app does it say you have to apply the credit yourself to your bill. Someone needs to make that clearer in the app.

Absolutely amazing experience. Our server Maddy H(If I spelled this wrong sorry) was SO sweet and so on top of our needs. She’s a great server! The food was hot and fresh, they forgot my ranch in my sandwich and gave me a whole bowl of it to make up for it 🥹 After driving around and getting hit multiple times with the “We’re closed” even though the hours stated 1-2 more hours before close chilis was a welcome relief. Thank you guys so much for the food and the experience!!!! We can’t wait to dine with you guys again soon!

We went on a Friday afternoon. Not crowded at all. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and chicken ranch quesidilla. Food came out in a timely fashion, but bacon on burger under done and quesadilla was luke warm at best. Our waitress was no where to be found. No follow up on her part and not even an offer to get me another beer. In the same time we were there, two couples were seated but never waited on. Both couples left without ordering.

Food amazing, service amazing, all the staff were friendly and seemed they actually enjoyed the job. The food was delicious and the wait wasnt long. Definitely will become a go to spot. And warning the double bacon burger is huge and delicious.
I ordered pick up and unlike every other restaurant where you order pick up you have to go in to get it. I waited at the counter for several minutes and then started looking into the kitchen for someone to give me my food that was sitting behind the counter, already paid for and getting cold. I had also tipped $7 already which I wish I could have taken back. Still no one helps me and a girl who works there goes into the kitchen and says, “Hey, someone is waiting here.” Another girl responds back, “Yeah I know.” Finally a minute later a manager comes around when I’m in the process of picking up my own food, “We’ll get that for you.” Terrible customer service all around.

First time here, we both ordered burgers and fries. Everything came out hot and fresh. Decent size burgers little over cooked for our liking but over all food tasted pretty good.

Ok so I eat at Chili’s at least once a week faithfully but this ONE time I get it it was a complete disaster and I hate to say that I’m very disappointed. My Steak was rare and I don’t eat bloody meat no offense to those that do. I ordered Med-Well extra seasoning, half rack ribs dry and my rolls were burnt I don’t know if it’s worth my weekly contribution anymore I’m like really upset and I called the supposed to be manager said well ma’am there’s nothing I can do since you left my girlfriend took me to pick up my food after dropping my car off to the shop so I didn’t know until I was home about to eat. DISAPPOINTING!!
