$8 for tiny margarita is ridiculous, this was made in a kid's cup. Won't be ordering from here again because of that and I see prices have gone up on everything. They really need to start closing down more restaurants in the area, they're all terrible.

Worst service I’ve had in a long time, and I didn’t even make it to the table. Went in as a family of 6 and was told it would be 5 min. stood there for 30 min being the only ones in the little waiting area, family of 7 walked in and was seated directly. I approached the young woman that was the hostess at the time that we spoke to when we walked in and asked if we was still on the wait list she proceeded to tell me that she had a “plan” to seat us at another table that was still occupied, I asked her what was wrong with the table that the family of 7 was just seated at? She told me that wasn’t a part of her “plan” and told me it would be a little while longer I told her just to take us off the wait list that we would just leave on my way out she smarted off and rolled her eyes saying we could talk to the manager. Which I’m not that “type” of person but after her rude behavior I decided to take her up on her offer. The manager eventually came over and acted totally lost and not in control of anything and was zero help. Which mind you there really wasn’t anything to help, I just wanted to express my thoughts on how he needed to either train or help up front instead of stand against the wall. Then another waitress proceeded to walk in between me and the manager and “shew” me with her hand. Totally unprofessional and absolutely no way to treat anyone! Mind you all the staff including the manager was younger so I’m assuming lack of training.
Also this makes the 3rd time we have visited this location and yet to actually get seated or waited on.

Was there about an hour ago, was seated right away (not that busy) but was never waited on. Waitresses kept walking by and didn't care. Three other customers were seated after us and they already had their drinks and orders placed. I shouldn't have to ask to be waited on. I finally got pissed off and told the hostess maybe next time I might get waited on, if there ever is a next time.

Food was phenomenal! My husband has the fajitas and I a combo ribs and quesadillas. So delicious! Our sever, Bree, was super fantastic! Wonderful personality and superb server skills. Atmosphere is also amazing. Always loved going here as everyone and everything are always terrific !
Parking: Just a wonderful for a couple or a family.
Wheelchair accessibility: Always ready to help for wheelchair or mobility scooter access.

yall, i am not one to write reviews. but, i visited this chilis with my boyfriend on 3/10/2025.
i was completely disgusted by the fact that literally every one of my dishes that came out was filthy. fresh out of the packaging, my fork and knife was filthy, like it was used and put back in the package. my water mug was covered in scum, which i sadly hadn’t noticed until i had already taken a few drinks out of it. i did not mention this to the server as it is not her fault, and quite frankly the place was swamped and i empathized with her. this is the kitchens fault. as someone who’s worked in a restaurant, i just KNOW that kitchen is filthy. i will absolutely not be eating here again.
the food was okay and the service was better. but the sheer filth will ensure i’ll never be back.

The food here is awesome and the staff and servers are great. It was a bit of a wait but it was Sunday at lunch. Love the sauced mozzarella sticks, tried them because of the internet and was not disappointed.
The bartender was slow, even disappeared for 15 minutes making our drinks delayed. We were only able to have 2 drinks because they were so delayed. The food was kinda fresh but we don't go to Chilli's for food, we go for the drinks, which this location failed at...
Kid-friendliness: Not really kid friendly, they do have a small kids menu tho.

Chili's is solid. I was impressed with the quality of the burger and the Sauced Mozz was divine. It's a mozzarella cheese stick covered in Nashville hot sauce, which is hard to mess up. Definitely worth trying. Even though they were busy, our server was very efficient and attentive. I believe her name was Kristen or something similar.
Ohhhhh lawwwwd them Nashville cheese sticks torn my big back UP!! They’re sooooo good. If you like sweet stuff get the honey chipotle ones. Or regular they’re all good honestly. I prefer the spicy. Fries weren’t as fresh as I would have liked, but got the Alex Santa Fe burger and it was fresh. It was really good. We were served by Christina (she a baddie) amazing service. We went on vday. (2025) first time @ 🌶️s. Definitely coming back. So yum. 🤤
Vegetarian options: Black bean burger looked fired, All kinds of options!

Went with my family 2/9/25 to the Greensburg indiana location. The waitress was somewhat rude to us. The steaks that my wife and my wife ordered took along time. Most of the family was just about finished eating by the time our food came out. Our steaks were not cooked as we ordered and were told we would have to talk to the manager. We were finished eating everything else on our plate before the manager came out. She said she would have them remade. Once again waiting again. When they finally came out they were cooked properly but were very tough. Didn't have time to wait again so we just ate them and will not be back. Very disappointed considering it was my first time at Chili's.
