Amazing Chipotle experience here in Florence, KY! Awesome staff, service, portions, atmosphere, taste, and efficiency. My Carnitas soft tacos were juicy and delicious. The chips were on point too. Great quick lunch and very happy overall. Keep up the solid work guys. Will be back soon for sure!! 🌶🌮🤤

The person checking us out. Looked at us and said “I don’t have any trays.” That was fine. However, I watched her go and get the trays, then without cleaning them whatsoever, she started handing them out to customers behind us. We had to wipe our own table down because every table in the dinning room was covered in crumbs and looked disgusting. The person behind us brought it to the cashiers attention. She proceeded to spray every table down before wiping them down, and left customers standing with their food waiting for a place to sit. Overall a very disgusting atmosphere. Won’t come back to this location.

Food was ok but we were scared to eat because the place needs cleaning. Didnt get sick so that’s the plus. The third star is for CORONAS!

Pure laziness and gross 🤮. Don’t know what happened to chipotle and hope it is just an isolated occasion. However horrible doesn’t begin to describe this place. Stay away!!! Let’s start with 05 people standing and talking and laughing behind the counter with no line.. I asked for a steak quesadilla and she stated I had to order the the quesadilla through app and was not able to make one being ordered????. “There was no line just me”. I told her that is stupidest thing I heard. I said fine a steak bowl will be just fine. I finished the order. Went to soda machine and what a surprise no ice. Went to the outside patio trash and left over food was left all over the place. Birds were feasting on all the left overs. Steak was dry and tasted horrible. Manager and crew should fired immediately. $20hr to do what???

Was out of most of the stuff and the girl working had a bad attitude when I asked why.. she had sour cream all over her gloves while making my food and got sour cream all over the lid of my bowl.. another gentleman apologized for her and wiped my bowl off for me. wasn’t trying to be rude just not a good experience. i’ll go to another location next time!
