Closed up early cause the feel like it 2 people there chillin just cleaning cause I bet they want to go home. They just put on the door closed you can try to come later but they don’t want to work they got better stuff to do maybe get better workers

I walked and got a chicken 3 pointer with chips and guac I had their rewards app and saw I had a free guac I tried to redeem my free guac and the person at the register was rude and said we had to have the guac on the 3 pointer to redeem it and was forced to pay for guac instead of redeeming my rewards very disappointed with the customer service

Got chipotle for lunch today and the 2 young ladies working were not very nice and had no smiles on their faces whatsoever. Neither of them acted like they wanted to be there. When asking if I could have shredded cheese on the side they said it would be an extra charge if I already had some on my bowl. I have done this numerous times before and I have never had anyone tell me that at any other location.

10/01/2025 Tried to give Chipotle another chance and was disappointed again. I placed an order for Chipotle for delivery because I couldnt leave work to pick it up. The order was placed at 2:37PM with an ETA of 3:09PM. My dasher showed up at 3:22PM with my cold food after i watched them stop to pick up other orders on the live map. Chipotle customer service offered me a BOGO coupon for my trouble which is laughable at best. I'm done. No more.

Amazing Chipotle experience here in Florence, KY! Awesome staff, service, portions, atmosphere, taste, and efficiency. My Carnitas soft tacos were juicy and delicious. The chips were on point too. Great quick lunch and very happy overall. Keep up the solid work guys. Will be back soon for sure!! 🌶🌮🤤
