Never a good experience! Please stop shorting people food . When I purchase guacamole on my bowl I expect it because I paid for it . The workers just think they don't need to give you what you paid for when going through the drive through. This has happened so many times!

We went during lunch hour. It was fine but the burrito was made sloppy so eating it was a mess 😫 other than that, the food was warm, the carne asada was warm and not cold as it is cold at other locations.

I ordered double chicken and paid for double chicken. My order was supposed to he ready a lot 8:20, I even got there later than 8:20 it wasn't ready, on top of that I had to wait longer and the guy was rude. But to top it off I asked for light rice and I got the same amount the usually serve and no double protein which I paid for. They suck

The 2 young men that were working the drive thru tonight were awesome. Usually if you show up to a restaurant 5 to 10 minutes before close it's pretty obvious the employees are unhappy. But not these guys. They were so polite, well mannered and helpful. Please give them a raise!! Great job guys 👍🏼😁

I paid for double rice/meat & extra cheese. They barely put any rice inside this bowl, definitely not extra rice. I don’t understand. How are hard is it to read instructions? The FIRST thing you put in the bowl is rice. These guys are lazy and obviously can’t read or maybe just ignorant. Worst location in NKY, doesn’t matter who’s working.

Very rude service for their mess up. And still didnt get it right after coming back. After 3 trips back to the store for 1 chicken bowl and chips. I ended with a steak bowl and no chips. And refused a refund!
Lexi and her crew run the best Chipotle in the area, and I’ve tried them all. The service is always great and comes with a smile, the food is consistently seasoned perfectly, and they never skimp on the green salsa. Oh, and the music is always on point. 10/10 every time.

The staff members were very kind and generous & the place was clean. The food was delicious. I came in after a long day and I was greeted by a courteous gentleman who gave excellent service. Honestly all of staff was hospitable and it was my first time visiting this location and I would highly recommend.

Chipotle send free guacamole reward when I bought veg bowl it’s come with free guacamole and I show free guacamole rewards which send by chipotle and manager and Jamie I believe they forced me to buy others chipotle or side chips to get free guacamole that’s ridiculous service I am not go to any more
