Been eating Chipotle for 15 years, at least once a week. Big fan, big chipotle guy. With this obsession I have with Chipotle comes with its decisions, to make an extra long drive or get Chipotle that’s extremely close and convenient to my house. When this decision is made with conveniency, it’s regretted every time. Hands down probably the worst ran restaurant of all time and I’ve had raccoon chili from an Alabama food truck. The workers that I’ve witnessed there have been loud, very impolite, lazy and made me feel very uncomfortable to eat the food they made. The restaurant as always been dirty whenever I’m there. I’m definitely sounding like a Karen right now but like Obama said in 08’, it’s time for change. Leaving this sounds a lot more acceptable than going full Malcom X. To end this I want to quote Malcom himself, “It is criminal to teach a man not to defend himself when he is the constant victim of brutal attacks”.

Worst experience I have ever had at a chipotle restaurant. When I got there they said they didn’t have food ready yet I waited 15 minutes for steak. I was fine with the wait knowing the steak would be fresh then an employee took my bowl to the back and filled up my bowl with to go order meat which had been sitting and was terrible. Waited 15 minutes for bad steak then I went to get a drink and the machine was spitting out what looked like black mold. I told the lady working the register and just left my drink behind not wanting anything from that machine. Terrible experience

I placed an online order for this particular chipotle. I've never EVER had an issue with chipotle before in my 25 years alive but this place was a HUGE let down... I spent the last but of money I had to buy my significant other and myself to get 2 bowls with a coupon added. I ordered on 02•03•2025 and it was ready at 2:40 pm. When I opened my bowl there was hardly any steak so I took my order inside and asked for more steak (I'm not one to ever complain about my food) the one time I do get the courage to go ask for more the guy was extremely rude towards me. The moment the door opened I could hear him talking about me bringing "shit back in to complain" and only placed 4 pieces of steak on my food and walked off.. I work fast food and I understand how it is dealing with customers all day but when I'm being polite and say please thank you and sorry when YOU messed up and to still have a nasty attitude towards me is crazy... whoever is head of this store needs to see who was on shft and fire that guy... he was extremely unprofessional..

Very bad service. Worse chipotle restaurant ever. The staff is unprofessional. The rice is uncooked most of the times. Food is cold . In the chicken meat I found some hard chicken muscles maybe from the foot of the chicken. This Florence KY Turfway restaurant is bad .

These workers are liars and will tell you anything to your face. I work not too far from there and go on my lunch break at 10:30 so them staying open until 11:00 p.m. was very convenient. I would make it there in time by about 10:45 or 10:50 to quickly get my bowl and go on my way. This lasted all but one week before they started to lie and tell me that they were out of food. One time this guy said we're all out of chicken when there was a container of chicken standing behind him so I asked him is that chicken and he said yeah but it's already being put away. I looked at him with a blank stare because as a customer why are you reserving chicken for tomorrow when I'm here now asking for chicken. His team lead then proceeds to pull ANOTHER freshly filled to the top container of chicken out from the bottom so they can make my order. Now when I go there at 10:49 p.m., 10:47 p.m., or 10:44 p.m. it doesn't matter what time I go after 10:30 now all of a sudden they're always closed or out of food. The lies they tell just to clean up 10 minutes earlier is ridiculous and completely pointless for them to say they stay open till 11:00 p.m.
Highly disappointed in this location and it's workers. It needs to go back to 10:00 p.m. or just get new workers who want to do their job and service the customers.

This store just expanded their hours to 11pm. Don't know how long this will last. Started in August 2024. Staff could be more courteous and friendly engagement but they are very young and just want to get thru another order. I have been here 4-5 times since late July and this location was my very first time at a Chipotle ever! It was quite good, surprisingly, considering all the late nite talk show hosts jokes about Chipotle. But that said I would recommend this location. It is a newer location in a brand new building. Maybe 2-3 years in operation. Plenty of parking and bathroom was clean the 2 times I used them. Chips do NOT come with an entree order. Must order separately. Many Mexican themed food restaurants serve chips and dip when u order an entree.

Ordered online for pickup a few nights ago. Ordered double chicken burrito bowl. Bowl was mostly rice and the fact that they barely put any meat on it was cleverly hidden by the order of guac I added. Never again, Chipotle. I will come in and watch you make my food every time.
