I been ordering from chopsticks for 20 years and their food is amazing!! Unfortunately ever since they hired the answering service the service sucks !! When you order the food they are not familiar with the menu and they not always understand what are you requesting and if they make the mistake they don’t do anything about it just let you speak to the manager which only listens and do not even acknowledge their mistake .. great food horrible service and sadly this is going to had me order from somewhere else

For the rest of u food restaurants you gotta step up your game. I got some vegetable fried rice today. Peas, baby corn, mushrooms, celery, onion, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, carrots, broccoli, tofu. Well balanced and tasty. My compliments to the owner and cooks! You folks in Florence should be ashamed of yourselves last time I went to your location I got a few onions . That's seriously ridiculous!!

Delicious food. Sesame chicken was sweet and spicy. Loved it. But do not eat in. Not sure why they even have the tables. No real actual service or expectation for you to dine in. Perfect for to go meal though.
