my son loves this place the interactive floor is his favorite
Granddaughter had a great time. Good offer for birthday parties. Pizza was good. The wings are disgusting and overpriced. New trampoline area is nice but must pay separate and buy the Chuck E Cheese socks to use. Overall good time

The food and service was okay but I feel the prices are ridiculous. I noticed a sign advertising a monthly package for $7.99 but the benefits highlighted on the sign actually required a much more expensive monthly package. This location added a floor trampoline which most kids are sure to love but the trampoline is not included in the game play. The game play usually involves a specific time period that doesn't pause which the kid is using the trampoline so you have to pause it yourself or let the game play time run out. You also have to buy non-slip socks from them in order for your child to jump on the trampoline; other non-slip socks from home are not allowed. The other issue i had was with the game play card not working 50% of the time or specific games. Also, the last time my family visited this location, everyone in the household was sick for all of 2 weeks. Basically in my opinion Chuck W. Cheese only cares about making money and cares very little about what the customer actually receives for that money. I dont enjoy having a business nickel and dime me for every little extra thing they can come up with while trying to give my daughter a good birthday experience that is over-priced to begin with.

absolutely ridiculous! Took my two year old last night and waited to be checked in for 10 minutes. People who were leaving were just walking out without their hand being checked bc the wait was so long. One girl was working the kid check, placing food orders, and helping with game card purchases. My son got impatient because what toddler wants to wait 10 minutes to play so I decided to just walk in and they said
nothing about his hand not being stamped. He then wanted on the trampoline I was told by the worker he needed socks (5)$ and to go to the front to pay. I then stood in line for another 10 minutes waiting on the ONE girl to finish with the prize counter since she was doing that alone as well. Absolutely ridiculous!! I then am told it’s not 5$ to jump it’s 12.50 on top of the 18$ I paid for his game card. We left and won’t be back which is disappointing considering I wanted to sign up for the monthly membership but won’t be after our experience. One employee working everything on the a friday night is insane. Other employees were
sweeping and standing around talking there is no good reason for it. I watched all night people leave with children and NO ONE check to be sure they were with the correct adult. No one checked or asked when I left with my two year old either. Very disappointing

I haven’t even had my party yet , it’s coming up but the carol (I think that’s her name that’s what it has it as in the voicemail, had to call back) they way she spoke to me over the phone it sounded like she absolutely LOVES her job ! She genuinely sounded excited to see us at upcoming party ! I can’t wait to have our birthday experience!

My wife's health is not good. As such the activities we can do are limited. I grew up on video games. So, this place provides both a location my wife and I can enjoy. We have been there often and the staff is amazing. I just wish it was a tiny bit closer (we live in Wilmington, OH). When we're in Cincinnati it's worth the extra 30 minute drive to get to this location. Best games and best staff.

Ya know... it wasn't a bad as I was expecting. Much roomier than D&B with windows and ventilation. Will do again over D&B for my littles
They close super early than what the hours say. Make sure to check ahead.

The salad bar did not look fresh. It was not much selection either. The kids had fun though.

The cost was already enough now it is 24 dollars for socks if you don't buy a package to play in the trampoline and 12 dollars even if you do buy a package. THE SOCKS CANT BE BROUGHT BACK FOR A FUTURE VISIT .
Play area is so small. Not many play stuff for kids. I went from Michigan. I was surprised to see such a big place had very few play stuff

Great place to take the kids. The food was so much better than it used to be, especially the pizza. The staff was great and always around if needed. The only issue there is that not all the games were working. There seemed to be quite a few games that were down that the kids wanted to play that they couldn't. Besides that, I highly recommend going.
