Kid-friendliness: Great for kids and not too expensive! I took 5 kids, spent $70 and played for HOURS! About 4.5 hours. I love this place and highly recommend.

Don't order your food on the app or online it is a scam.. I ordered breadsticks and they instead of prioritizing my order decided to prioritized the orders in the building. Which was backwards considering it guaranteed you'd get the order faster. If you ordered off the app, but they lied! I never got my order, and the customer service was terrible! I couldn't even get my money back I had to go through some call center to get my money back.

We had our son’s 3rd birthday party here. Our party ambassador was AMAZING! She made sure that we had enough plates, cups, pizza, everything! She made our son definitely feel like the star of the show!

Food was absolutely terrible, tasted like they got it out of the trash, I hate to bash businesses but this was horrible. Games were okay, little kids would enjoy this place - rather a staple from my childhood. Service was great, employees were rather upbeat, even for me and my girlfriend. Ticket prizes were okay, a little rigged but inflation I suppose

Ordered food at 1:22pm it is now 2:29pm never received the pizza I ordered. I had to demand a refund. The manager Destiny was no help!!! She sent out another manager when asked if he was going to still make the pizza to make it right, he said no! I will be contacting corporate! I do not recommend this location. Staff is unfriendly, look miserable to be here. Shame on chuckie cheese over booking parties and being under staffed which make their employees suffer through the chaos. I would have been fine if I still had received my pizza but no!! Will not be bringing my business here any longer!

Haven't been here in years. You buy the card to use by the hour. Went on a Wednesday. Not crowded. Was very clean & the boy had fun. Short staff but the girl was very nice even though she had to do all of the jobs.
