Non-stop Christmas music will most likely not attract customers or keep them there longer, but it will certainly drive away some customers who find it annoying. I won't intentionally be back until January and will avoid Chuy's in November and December completely. I come once a week otherwise. Restaurants should understand this. Shame too, my review otherwise would be a 5

This place is tex mex to the max. Food is lacking some flavor which they use sauces to substitute for. The queso was very good. The ranch- I mean creamy jalapeño sauce was interesting. Mostly the decor here sells the place. Our server was amazing. We never had to ask for anything, she just took care of it.

The place was good but the waitress asked us if we wanted guacamole or queso and we said yes come to find out the cheese was 9 dollars so for anyone getting asked this just know it's going to be 9 dollars for a small bowl of cheese.

My husband and I were just here with our two kids. We love coming here! Kayli was our server tonight and she did amazing! Gave us everything before we even had to ask. She also gave our kids popsicles to take home and they are SO excited!

We love Chuy’s. When we go out of state we find a Chuy’s and eat a one at least twice if not three times during our mini trips. We have eaten at the Florence (Y’all) location many times. Delicious food. So many delicious sauces to choose from. It makes it hard to decide. I get chicken enchiladas a lot of times one with one sauce and the other with another. Mild, medium and hot always so flavorful. My husband likes the sample appetizer. Too large to finish, but gives you 3 items nachos, quesadilla, taquitos. Salsa and spicy ranch dip both so good what’s even better is when you mix the two together.
Chuy’s please bring one of your restaurants to Michigan. Ann Arbor, Novi, Brighton. We have filled out request many times. We first had Chuy’s at the Florida locations.

I should start by saying I eat out 5-8 times a week almost every week. Chuy's in Florence, KY has one of the cleanest restrooms and restaurants I've been too in the last couple years. I know it sounds a bit crazy but I base how clean a place is by how clean the restroom is, because let's face it if they aren't cleaning the bathrooms they aren't cleaning the kitchen. The food is amazing and have yet to have bad service. I just thought I'd take a minute to toot their horn for them! If you havent tried Chuy's you'll come for the chips, queso and chips but you'll stay for the margaritas! 🤤🤤🤤

I placed a curbside pick up order. I checked in and followed all instructions but still waited for over 20 min before I finally got out and went inside to pick it up myself. I even left a tip. They weren't busy and no one was waiting when I went in to pick it up. This happened last time I did a curbside pickup from them but I thought maybe it was just a bad day but apparently not smh.
