I really like the management here they’re really nice and make sure to greet and help everyone, in fact we had my sons first bday here and it was GREAT! but this past time the game card machine didn’t work so we couldn’t play any games and the chocolate dessert was sick lol.. but the cinnamon rolls are great and the pasta was good, same with the cheesey bread but pizza was not good lol. It was pretty clean and the atmosphere is good here. I recommend this place for parties for sure! 🩷

Pizza, pasta and salad buffet. There's also desert. You can ask for specific pizzas to be made that you want if it's nit something outnin the pizza bar already thats super nice! They recently added shredded cheese to the salad bar which there salad bar is pretty big with many options. This is actually a decent place for the price to go with someone but definitely kid friendly for family's with children of any age. There is even a arcade gaming area you/children can play games after eating. There's arcade game cards you an load money on to play the games.

When I visited on Sunday the 29th around 5pm I paid up front. Before I did I asked if there was a service fee for using a credit card. The young Indian girl up front said she did not know nor did she offer to find out. I paid and realized there was no service fee, but I was charged for 3 sodas when I only wanted water. I asked if I could get a refund for the drinks and the girl was very rude about it. I finally asked for the manager. Then a black lady come out who was the manager and processed the refund. I told her that her employee had been very rude and she sighed as her employee stood next to her and made made annoyed gestures. After processing the refund they both walked away laughing and snickering about the whole thing in front of me. Very unprofessional.

Cicis is a little up and down. Somedays you'll have really friendly people that are also helpful. Other times, you can tell your mere presence disturbs them to no end. That was this visit. Pizza did stay fresh, with several options. They should really consider losing a booth in each section though. We watched several people attempt a booth, and then switch to a table. There just isn't enough room to breathe, or leg room for that matter.

All you can eat pizza is pretty great. The pizza honestly isn’t the best tasting, but the variety and volume make up for it. The value for your money is definitely there.
