A little slow picking up food. Arrived exactly on time. Box should have been ready. Staff had to box meal. Followed directions for prime rib and was excellent! Hope you have it again. Would have preferred to have sweet potato casserole instead of mac/cheese.

A more modern cracker barrel it looked newly renovated and was clean organized and well staffed . It was fairly packed but we where seated within 5 minutes and sevice was attenative and our food arived in resonable time and was fresh what more can you ask for on a holiday.

Florence Cracker barrel is always busy.A little bit of a wait no to long. Food came out quickly it was hot and fresh. Male waiter never introduced himself or gave his name. Only complaint is our drink service we were never offered refills. I finally was able to get a refill when I flagged server down. My lunch was a replacement dinner from getting cold food two years in a row at Dry Ridge Cracker barrel on Thanksgiving. I had given them a second try because everyone is entitled to a bad day.I paid for four Thanksgiving dinners plus tip and received a coupon for 1 homes style meal. I ordered fried chicken, okra,and pinto beans with cornbread.
The waiter never ask and dropped our bill at the table and it wasn't split. The cashier was unfriendly and seemed bothered when we ask her to split our bill. All in All I would recommend Cracker barrel Florence. I have taken adult and children with a large group and our food has always came out hot and fresh as it should.

There was a little bit of a wait for lunch on a Monday but it went well. The food was really good as usual. Waitresses was very nice and prompt.

Still hard to find a decent one. The food isn't usually to bad here but by the time you get everything you are supposed to other things are cold. We didn't get half our food. Like my husband's food came with biscuits and gravy and grit's. He did not receive any of it. So you get it way after your other food. We ended up getting a box to go to just reheat later and it busted apart and we lost it all. 😞

Food was great as always, me and my wife are regulars here. Came in the order the cinnamon French toast and was told they were all out for the day. So instinctually I went to my normal order which was the mommas pancake breakfast. Was kinda disappointed because I was really in the mood for a cinnamon roll-type breakfast. My wife found the cinnamon roll skillet on the menu and I decided I was just going to do that with eggs and bacon instead. So 2 minutes later I called over our waitress Leslie and asked if I could go ahead and switch that. She got real short and had a terrible attitude and told me “well I already submitted the order”. I said okay well can you change it, she said “I said I already submitted it!” So I stuck with what I ordered. Then it was time to pay the bill, what we ordered was within the boundaries of the meals for two $19.99. She brought out the receipt with everything separate and no special. The total was over $35. I told her this was the meals for two and she again got another attitude with me to the point my wife had to say something to her. She stormed off and brought us a revised ticket.

Sitting at our table for 49 min and later found out the order was messed up in the kitchen. Left without eating...

Pick up 12/23/2025...faster than usual..food quality poor..horrible. grandma's fav...gravy runny, biscuits flat, hard, crisp around edges..difficult to chew. Sausage thin ..no taste . Eggs yokes broken looked nearly burned...the hash brown casserole..dry no taste. Horrible! Should have taken it directly back in..I have mobility problem so I did not want to put this burden on my Son! I come here often..but not anymore!! So disappointed. I noticed quality changing since remodeling!Price 27.00!!! Will not return. So dissappointe

So I stopped at noon to have breakfast...eggs, bacon, toast, grits, gravy and hashbrown cass. The toast was overly buttered so bread was soggy, instead of grits I received dumplings, when I finally got the grits they had very large pieces that were stuck together and the rest were like water...the hashbrown cass. was not fresh so they were all sticky..the eggs, gravy and bacon were good. It seemed like they had a lot of their staff making pies so only 3 servers available and they were so overwhelmed. Not a good experience at all

The service was disappointing we waited 30 minutes for our food the server wasn’t friendly the whole thing has slowly been going downhill

The person who waited on us was ready to get off her shift, but she made sure one of the other servers could take care of us and bring our order! My Pancakes and Turkey Sausage was excellent! I would probably come again in the near future!

So disappointed in not only this past visit but the past few before this. Particularly our visit yesterday was disappointing! We went in to get seasonal menu items. The holiday season, it was December 16th, and the server (who was so kind) said the seasonal menu is over! Really! Why? It’s the middle of the month! Their holiday hot chocolate and French toast are so amazing and I guess we missed the holiday season! So we thought we’d get our usual, grilled cheese and vegetable soup, guess what? They don’t serve vegetable soup anymore! What has happened!
