The first time we tried to visit the Florence location, the site said you were open but you were actually closed. However, we waited for you to reopen and came back. We were so pleased by the renovations made to the outside and inside of the establishment. We were seated quickly by a wonderful server named Ann. She was so attentive and welcoming. She made us feel right at home and recommended some wonderful meals. She even provided alternatives given restrictions we had. Overall, that visit was well worth the wait. Fast forward a month and a half later and we went back to visit Ann. She remembered us as if we were just there the day before. She even remembered where we sat! Ann is such a delight and we just simply adore her! The service she provides is top tier and you all should be proud to have Ann on your team. We will continue to come back for the good food but even moreso for the exceptional service.

My favourite restaurant chain in the world, this is in my top ten places to come when I return on holiday to the U.S and it was just as amazing as ever... With the exception that they got rid of their best drink the iced mug of apple cider! What the heck were you thinking Cracker Barrel, bring it back!!

My family ordered to go this evening. It was an absolute joke. First it was supposed to be ready by 645. I didn’t come out (THE FIRST TIME) until almost 720. I’m glad I atleast popped my head in the bag, realized I only had 5 of the platter containers so I immediately realized I was missing one of our meals. It was the steak and shrimp meal. I let them know, I waited ANOTHER 20 minutes for it to be made. At this point the rest of our meal was cold. As I stood there atleast 4 people were asking for the manager. To complain about their dinner experience with their servers, complain about the wait times, and myself who wanted to speak to the manager. The older lady at the register kept saying over the ear piece “I need a manager up front please, I have a few people who need to speak with you.” I waited another 5 minutes, asked the managers name and left. His name was Tony. He never came up to address anything as long as I was there. These people were waiting just as long as me, and they had eaten there! I got home to realize we were also missing corn bread muffins, a side of dumplings, AND THE BEST PART THE STEAK THAT I HAD TO WAIT FOR WASNT EVEN CORRECT! My boyfriend ordered the steak and shrimp covered in gravy. He recieved steak plain with eggs NOONE ordered. Absolutely ridiculous. I will be calling first thing in the morning when they open to address the whole situation, because CLEARLY Tony didn’t care about customers while in the building so I can only imagine over the phone. Our bill was $115.

Haven't been there in awhile but went there today and was definitely saddened to experience the quality of food I received. The new decor was nice and our service was a nice guy. I ordered the southern fried chicken with greenbeans and mac and cheese. I have had better fried chicken from a gas station and the mac and cheese was definitely old and not nearly as good as it used to be. My wife had the maple chicken and you couldn't taste any maple lol. She had the same side dishes that I had with equal disappointment. I guess when you spend the money to upgrade the decor, the food quality takes the punishment.

I had meatloaf. It was obviously rewarmed, but still not hot. The okra was soggy and also not hot. So my meal was not good. The other two meals we had were just ok. Service was slow also.

This is not JUST a lack of training on CB ‘s servers part but many food service places. Servers should be stressed to NOT handle or touch the rims of glasses EVER!!
The most blatant, disgusting event is when they set your glass on the table. I have witnessed our server bus a dirty table then serve our glasses with her palm over the opening and fingers all around the rim where my lips will be.
As a corporation you are leaving yourself wide open for cross contamination law suit.
PLEASE STOP IT

We stopped to eat here on Friday around 4:30, it was a good time to go because they weren't very busy yet. The host was very nice and seated us. The waitress was nice, got our drink order but basically forgot about us for a good 15 minutes before returning to take our order. We tried to get her attention, but she would never turn in our direction. After we ordered our food, we noticed that other people that came in after us, were offered their biscuits/corn bread, which was never offered to us. Plus, she never refilled our water either. We love Cracker Barrel because it's usually a quick stop, but it seemed to take forever to get any service.
