Love the Atmosphere bus the Service is even better!! Food is always good so I highly recommend this particular Cracker Barrel 💯🍷🎉

Assumed CB would be consistent with all others I have visited. Not true. service staff while not busy stood around talking. took the better part of 30 minutes to be served. Orders were either cold, wrong servings, or not there. Had to ask several times for apple butter
Vegetarian options: Don't go as I was totally disappointed with this facility.

Parking lot was full but found a car leaving so we just figured we would wait. We walked in & was taken straight to a table.
Our waitress came by smiling, greeted us & said be right back. She came & took the orders, brought drinks. A reasonable wait time passed & she brought our still hot food.
As always great breakfast. Checkout was fast & friendly

I normally don't do this but OMGGGGG. I was traveling through Florence and stopped here to eat and the food was terrible. Scrambled eggs were over cooked, dry and hard to the point you couldn't even see the cheese, hashbrowns were dry and flat as a sheet of paper with portion VERY slim to child size, and chicken sausage you can tell were recook. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, Absolutely Not! They are nothing like the one in Hammond Indiana, The one in Hammond is a 10/10 with their food. This location in Florence Kentucky food is absolutely disgusting.
I always enjoy Cracker Barrel,cooler weather is my favorite time because the fireplace is nice,but summer is nice to visit as well

Meh. We have been to this location multiple times but on this time we we went for dinner and service was slow and food did not hit the mark. We will be back but likely will stick to breakfast. Still think they have the best pancakes and the hash brown casseroles the bomb.

Our food took quite a long time to come out. The restaurant was really crowded and our waitress may have been new. I always get the catfish sandwich on grilled sourdough bread. They’ve taken it off the menu but I’ve never had a problem ordering it. This waitress may have been new, but she kept telling me the only way I could get it was to order the dinner with two sides. She finally got it right. I washers put the sandwich back on the menu.
