If this was a McDonald's or Arby's it would get a solid five-star rating. But it's not a McDonald's. It's a Culver's and they're held to a much higher standard. My fries were not crispy hot, they were actually sort of cool. The restaurant was mostly clean, a bit cluttered, except for the bathroom which looked dirty and worn. And employees were parking in the prime spots close to the building. If you want to run your restaurant like an Arby's...
August 25, 2025: I love Culver's in general. Service at this location is good and will certainly come back in future trips. Clean, cordial, great food with nutritional value and natural ingredients. I had the double mushroom & swiss sandwich, the iconic cheese curds, and a vanilla root beer float. Excellent!
Butter Burger overcooked, tasted like shoe leather. Fries not hot.
