I went in for a quick Blizzard while I was doing laundry next door but went to the restroom beforehand. The bathroom was SO GROSS I decided not to. The toilet seat had all 3 bodily fluids on it that come from a woman (I am a woman named Cody, just for context). The toilet paper was mostly out and the floor was sticky and dingy. I swear that bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in a month. Please do better. That was GOD AWFUL. (I wish I took pics but I left my phone next door.)

Very rude staff. My blizzard tasted awful; when I told the staff member I would like a different one he said no, I picked it and I couldn't get a different one. It would have cost the business about .40 cents to replace it and to provide good customer service. First and last time we will ever eat at this location. We have eaten at multiple Dairy Queens and have never had this type of bad experience. I would suggest if you want good food and good customer service you go somewhere else.

Raj and his family run the Dairy Queen in Florence they are great people they take personal pride in their restaurant it's very clean the food is great always hot and made with love I would highly recommend going there their food is always awesome their ice cream is always thick and it's always great my goes there often thank you for the years of great food and ice cream after school Raj

For one, how can you charge $0.99 for a ranch this size and not even fill it up all the way? A bottle of ranch is literally like $4 so that’s already crazy. Not to mention you only get one sauce for your whole meal anyways. And then this burger? It was just smashed. The tomato was soggy and gross. I don’t know what they’ve got going on up here but it needs dealt with. I spent $35 there today and I would’ve much preferred if I had good service.

Ate here and the food gave me one of the worst stomach virus’ I’ve ever had. I know it was the dq because it’s basically the only thing I ate in that time frame. I thought I was going to die, I had severe chest pains, and high fevers.
