God awful service, good food. Get takeout if you wanna eat at this place. They ended up getting my order wrong not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES. And on top of that, added a 4th blizzard to my bill, when there were 3. Caught them trying, and they refunded it. When i wanted my order fixed, they proceeded to make me wait 45 minutes, and still said that "the order is right, youre just confused." Please for the love of god, just order takeout.

they have very good icecream but i wasn’t a fan of the food. it wasn’t bad but i wouldn’t eat it as much as i do other places. they have very very good sweet treats for the whole family. i definitely recommend their treats after dinner. they haven’t fully reopened seating from covid but there’s plenty of space in there. overall love this place and definitely recommend !!!

Plenty of parking. Safe space. Dipped chocolate vanilla cone was good however the amount of ice cream has gotten smaller. Why don't your employees wear gloves anymore when preparing the ice cream cones?

I wish I could do no stars. I purchased two boxes of ice cream. Came home immediately. Couple days later opened the buster bars and they were awful. Freezer burnt and had been melted. The other box was fine. Took them back on the weekend and was criticized for not bringing back same day. Accused basically of not freezing them or my freezer melting them. They would not replace them. I’ll never go back in the store. You’d think spending $30 on two boxes of ice cream and only opening one that they’d replace them or give you a refund. Horrible customer service is all I can say. If you purchase anything open the box before you leave to make sure they are worth eating. Better yet, save your time and go to Fillmores on 18.
