I did not order food here but picked it up for a delivery app the guy that works her is rude to me every time I come for a order he disrespects me I guess he thinks I will steal food from my customers that I deliver too cuz of my size that is very rude I don’t like the food there it makes my car stink and it sticks around he also touched my phone with some kind of cooking grease or oil on his glove now half of my phone screen works half of the time

I have been there several times before. Tonight I tried something different. I had the chicken and broccoli. This is my favorite thing I have gotten here. The portion was huge, food hot and it was delicious. I will definitely get this again.

I ordered coconut shrimp and fried rice. I was accidentally given the wrong order with coconut shrimp and noodles. I had started trying the shrimp when I realized it was wrong so when she came over I was confused at why I wasn't getting the fried rice. Then it dawned on me after awkward silence that she wanted the mess-up order in exchange. Which I know i know was going to go in the trash (unless they plan on packaging it back up and giving it to another customer). They would rather throw a whole meal away and give me a new one, than to give me a side of rice. I would rather eat a mess up order than to waste it.She did quickly drop off a couple crab rangoon and apologized for the mess up. I truly don't think it was her call on the fried rice but either way, I ordered fried rice and didn't receive it because I wasn't willing to throw away already made food. Worst kind of restaurant in my opinion. No need to waste food because of your mess up.
Giving 3 stars because the service was wonderful and the restaurant itself looks great. That food was trash though. Ordered the schezwan chicken. Is it me? My taste buds? I detected a bleach-like flavor that totally turned me off (I’ve experienced this before and it is offensive). That weird yellow tinted rice is NOT fried rice, and it is a full shame to call it such and charge an extra dollar for it. I should have known better-if it’s not LuLu’s Rice and Noodles in Springdale, OH or AmerAsia, just stay away.

It was nice. Today's world kiosk order. My elderly father did not know how to order so I put our order in for him,myself. I shared my shrimp & broccoli with my grand daughter. They are hiring. They may have been short handed but they did a great job with fast service & food was hot.The little kid next to us was watching cartoons in Mom's phone it fell & I propped it back up.. Haha then the phone went off Kid was upset. Sorry that happened.We will be back. Thank you.
