I stop in every time I come to Florence. They are always so pleasant and the coffee and sandwich is excellent! I also love the old fashioned doughnuts with chocolate icing!

either the ovens aren’t clean or they aren’t placing down a liner when cooking food because lately it all tastes and smells burnt. i used to work here and have that smell ingrained into memory and all the food reeks of it. it takes over the flavor of the food and makes it inedible.

Good place for coffee and donut. I had a sandwich also. Sandwich was ok the bread was a little dry.
Vegetarian options: It seams they had some items that were vegetarian I do believe.

Horrible!! Laziest workers. You pull up to the window and workers are just standing around crowding the window talking about personal stuff. They never have the items you want. They also will give you the wrong item after you pay. For instance today we bought a pumpkin muffin and chocolate donut holes and gave us a cinnamon muffin and vanilla holes. If you don’t have it just say that. Don’t give me something else just to get my money. The worst Dunkin around.

We’ve gotten breakfast food from this Dunkin a few times and every time the food has this awful chemical taste, like they cooked it in a chlorine pool. I wonder if they’re not cleaning the cooking stations properly? My hash browns didn’t even taste like potatoes, just straight up cleaning chemicals and wanted to puke. The coffee and donuts were good at least but they need to do something about the chemical taste with their food, never had this experience at other Dunkin locations.

Took 30 minutes to get my orders which would have been fine if the one guy didn’t have an AirPod and they didn’t have a friend come into visit on top of that they walked past us several times and then when they got to my order argued with me with I politely corrected the girl on what a Boston crème after she said they didn’t have any and there was one right there she then proceeded to try and tell my that I was wrong when it was very clearly a simple fix I understand things like being busy etc but that does not leave any room to be rude or debate about donut types also my triple mocha freezes were MINTY

Went in since car line was out to road The entire line cleared before they could get me just plain coffee. I guess drive thru times are more important than actual customers.

Come here everyday and get the same coffee. I don't know if they can't hear very well with the headsets but I ask for whip cream and Caramel drizzle and everyday they try to hand me my coffee without the caramel drizzle on it and I have to remind them everytime. I figure if I order the same thing everyday I wouldn't have to remind them to put it on there everyday but apparently they are just lazy or can't hear very well.
