Stale donuts. I dont understand how a restaurant thats open all day cant make fresh food throughout the day. They advertise spider donuts but when you try to order it youre told that they sell out early in the morning and you need to come early if you want them. This location is just horrible and never have what you want in stock

This is by far the worst dunkin to go to in the surrounding area. You would be better off going to richwood or hebron. Ive tried to give this place a shot 5 DIFFERENT TIMES!!! And they still get it wrong or messed up!!! The last time i walked in to order to ensure that it would be correct, i have the barista extremely distracted, laughing at us, not repeating our order correctly. This place aint a dunkin donuts⊠its more of a dunkin DONT!!!!

Food is like every other dunkin donuts hut with a twist. Nothing you have never experienced before. There is this long haired blue eyed boy that doesnât even work at dunkin donuts wonât stop harassing te employees. He just sits up there all day not ordering anything just yapping to this poor short blond white chick. He drives an acura or a honda. Itâs loud and annoying. Please do something about this dunkin donuts!

My order was completely wrong. I ordered a large iced almond milk cappuccino with coconut, almond, and mocha, decaf with whip. I got a large iced almond milk cappuccino. I reminded about the whip and they added it, but there was no flavorings and I was shaking the rest of the day so I'm guessing no decaf either. Always appreciated while breast feeding on an empty stomach đ

Going to edit my review because my issue was addressed The manager spoke to employee and let her know you donât treat customers like that Thank u for addressing the problem gonna give you all five stars now If anyone had a bad experience call and talk to manager they were amazing Give them a second chance you wonât be disappointed
I went inside because the drive thru was backed up Told the woman whom rung me up I wanted four doughnuts and a chocolate milk doughnuts in a box the lady acted like she didnât hear me say put them in a box as she proceeded to put them in a bag She was very rude Funny cause her name on my receipt says Patience she was a older white lady She needs fired Was in there at 921 am If u donât like ur job itâs simple find a new one

I filled out a survey a while an ago and got a call from their corporate office in Cincinnati. Their customer service still hasnât improved. I always go through drive thru. Over a month ago I asked for a bagel with cream cheese. When I took a bite the cream cheese was very frozen I couldnât even eat the rest of the bagel. Last week, I had asked for a glazed donut which they never put in my bag. I like to leave thinking they do complete my order. I had to go back and ask for it which they did give to me without a problem. Today, I placed my order and I clearly said âa small hot coffee with 4 cream & 4 sugar.â Instead I got a large coffe with 4 vanilla swirl 4 sugar 4 cream⊠the lady that took my order said she heard âtall and idk what that is.â Had a bad attitude. I know this is not Starbucks so I wouldnât even say that. I never got a receipt so I couldnât fill the survey. Itâs just a waste of time and money but you go hoping your order is correct. I had to come to work and make my own coffee. Not the best location. Sometimes theyâre ok, other days theyâre not.
