HORRIBLE! The donuts are always hard and the staff displays a rudeness that frankly I have NEVER experienced in my life. How bad do you have to want a donut to be treated in this manner? We deserve better than this!

I wont be buying anything at this location ever again .. I got the oldest bagel , it was so hard i couldn't even chew it and the dunkinlatta must have been old too cuz my stomach hurts so bad now..

Not only are they the only place nearby that I can trust to make my Mocha Latte perfect, but they are also overflowing with phenomenal customer service! My order is always ready when I order ahead and the staff are so engaging and kind. I love being greeted by the kind faces of the Tuesday morning crew, and whether it is due to my consistent visitation or the name on my order, it’s always nice to be welcomed by name:))

I just don't understand why they refrigerate the donuts. They don't taste right once they've been chilled.

Ordered ahead and still was not ready, and the person putting my donuts in the box appeared to not be able to read the pre-printed ticket. (I am NOT trying to be hateful) One of the other employees had to tell them twice which ones to put in the box.
One of the best Dunkin around. Nick is amazing!

Avoid this location! Placed and paid for my order through the Dunkin app and when they took my order I told them I was there for my online app order and gave info. They said OK and instructed me to pull around. Waited 10 minutes in drive thru then when I got to the window they just stared at me confused. So, I showed them my order info on app. They kept saying no no no we don’t have an order. They spoke broken English so that was frustrating and clearly didn’t care to figure out what went wrong with the online ordering. No breakfast, and out money that Dunkin will wait 14 days to refund. No wonder people love Starbucks!
I place a call to the store. Who ever took the call hung up on me because the could understand my plane English. So rude.
This has been the third time I have gotten a hot latte and it’s been cold. I don’t even know how that’s possible.
I mean, it’s Dunkin’ Donuts peeps. It’s decent for the price.
This is my first review I have EVER made and I couldn’t feel more entitled to let my opinion show. I got a snackin’ bacon and I got at best 4 baby sized pieces of bacon that wouldn’t feed a toddler. The loaded hash browns were good, but once I opened the cup the cup was halfway full. Mind you this was in a small coffee cup, so I got maybe 6 potatoes. The coffee carried the experience, as it should, but didn’t save this location. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody who believes Dunkin is better than Starbucks, as your opinion would change as it did mine.
