The absolute best Dunkin’ in Northern KY!!! A.J., and Harry are always soooo nice, and they NEVER EVER GET MY COFFEE WRONG!!!! I don’t think I’d ever go to another coffee shop unless those two just so happened to move to a different one. Lol. Customer service is 10/10, Coffee is 10/10, friendliness, and attitude towards customers is 10/10!!!! Hands down the best Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. I’m so grateful for Harry, and A.J. Because if it weren’t for them, I couldn’t start my day the correct way!!!! Lol. Thank you both for being you, and for continuing to serve me proper drinks every single day, and for treating me with respect, and dignity, as if I were an OLD friend. The best Dunkin in Boone county. Consistent drinks never milky the food is always fast and thoroughly cooked. Other duncans in our area always managed to hand you burned sandwiches that are cold in the center.

The best Dunkin... Hands down! I'm there every morning. They know me and my order. I've order at the Burlington location and the rich wood location and it's never anywhere near as good as my 42 location! ❤️ These guys.

Dunkin' never disappoints when it comes to their flavored drinks—our iced coffees and refreshers were spot-on and super refreshing! The staff was friendly and service was quick. The only downside was that our munchkins were a little squished in the box, but they still tasted great. Overall, a solid stop for a treat and a caffeine boost!

Depends on what crew is working. There seems to allot of new people everyday, and looks like all family in one way or another. Surprisingly the number of men there selling coffee and donuts is weird in today’s job market. Makes one wonder is this place a visa market of migration.

Older lady,cannot speak English and rolls her eyes at you when you keep saying I'm sorry what,I don't understand. We left with our 2 drinks unsure if it was even what we ordered Go someplace else if you don't want to be made to feel like the problem.

morning crew is very good, but new night/evening crew is awful. ordered a basic lemonade refresher, they didn’t stick to recipe and added barely any ice, way too much liquid, and it messed up the flavor. custom drinks from the night crew are even more buns unfortunately. probably just don’t go here after 3 pm lol
