I hadn't been to a Fazoli's un a long while so it was high time we returned. Their breadsticks continue to head up my Best Breadstick lust as the garlic flavour along with the size and texture put them right at the top for me. They're also endless as long as you're getting a meal and eating in the dining room. My family and I went and spent 85 dollars for our meals at fazolis last night. They missed 2 side items which were 2 slices of pizza. I informed the young boy that brought our food to the table. He came back to the table and proceeded to tell us that they were out of pizza. He stated I can give you all something else to replace it we said ok that’s fine what do you suggest he said well I can do wings or a slice of cheese cake we said wings would be fine he brought to the table...read full review
I ordered a pasta sampler through doordash tonight with a side of 1 slice of pizza and 2 breadsticks and a drink. What did I receive? An entire pepperoni pizza, 2 packages of breadsticks and a drink that was wrong. No pasta sampler which is what I wanted, only added the slice of pizza to see if I'd like it since I am not a huge fan of most pizza.
