The food was ok. The Alfredo was not very cheesy and needed some garlic. Very mid. But the worst part about this visit was the service. Both of the people that served us were not very welcoming and definitely should not be working in customer service. They would throw the food down on the table and got upset when they made an extra salad we did not order. Also, they tried to charge us for a cup of water. When they would serve the food they would put their fingers in the food. Overall, terrible experience! Food was good but need to do some more hiring for better servers.

My family and I recently came to eat here,it was very disgusting!! When we sat down the table was gross, but oh well, when we look over there is a spider web and a fly in it and it is getting ATE by a spider! this spider web also looked like it had been there for a few days. the breadsticks were undercooked, and the chicken fettuccine was very very salty! when we asked for the manager so we could maybe get our money back or at least a discount since we could not even start eating because we had lost our appetite. the manager said “so i can’t control a spider and fly but i can give you guys a box” but what you guys can control is cleaning and taking accountability for our nasty table, food, and space! thank you!!

The last few times we have come, they have not had bread sticks or else they’ve been super slow to arrive. Also our food was out on the counter several minutes before they delivered it even though I saw it and walked over twice. There were employees just standing there.
this place is great. I wish they'd open one up out by me in Alexandria, but the staff was really nice

I have always gone to this location when I'm in the mood for Italian and I don't feel like cooking. Lol But this visit was somewhat disappointing 😕 I ordered spaghetti with meat sauce and a meatball with a side salad. There was way too much sauce and two very small meatballs. I should have gone to Olive Garden instead!
Bread sticks are the best but years ago when the dishes were served in foil pans food was much better. The sauce is to tomatoe, not a word but describes it best. Missing something, remove the tomatos and put in some ground beef in the sauce.
