Firehouse Subs is always on point with quality, freshness, and taste. It is by far my favorite Sub restaurant. Would highly recommend to anyone and encourage that you try the Hook & Ladder Sub. It is so delicious every time.

This was my first visit to Firehouse Subs, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing introduction. I ordered the veggie sandwich with extra veggies, but the employees making my sandwich spent more time mocking my request than actually preparing it. Their comments were unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. To make matters worse, when I brought it up to the manager, Jeremy, he didn't seem to take my concerns seriously. Given the poor service and dismissive attitude from management, I'm not sure I'll be giving them a second chance.

I eat here after being bought here by a co-worker 2 years ago and come almost weekly. I turned my wife on to it 2 weeks ago now my girls are hooked!

Very calm atmosphere. Friendly employees that are knowledgeable with their menu & accommodating when you don't want onions (or whatever) on your sandwich. They also have a Coke Freestyle machine!

Parking: The parking lot is shared with other businesses, but there are some specifically designated for Firehouse Subs right in front of the restaurant.

Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible parking, accessible sidewalk, and tables inside can easily accommodate a wheelchair by moving a chair aside.

They are rude. They don’t say you’re welcome or thank you. They tell you on the phone that you can redeem your points when you come in and give them your phone number but then when you give them your phone number at the cash register, they look at you like you’re freaking idiot so Make sure you order on the app and add your points that way because they do not I repeat do not help you in anyway even when you call in a $60 order when I have 22,000 points I wanted to add to my order she said oh yeah you can add it when you get here Don’t think that you can use your points in store because you obviously cannot and they will not tell you that!!!!!!!!!!!
AND they are rude!
Oh and now that I’m eating my food, it was made wrong. 5 sandwiches and 2 out of 5 was wrong and the rest were just OK. Good luck.

Ordered 5 sandwiches for delivery. Of those 5 sandwiches 3 were not prepared according to the order. All of the 5 sandwiches were way below the usual quality this family has come to expect from this Firehouse Subs location. Three of the sandwiches had produce on them and those three people that consumed those sandwiches experienced food poisoning symptoms. I have eaten at this location countless times but this experience will likely prevent me from returning here. I’m not implying this place definitely caused this illness but all signs point towards it.
