We ordered Monte Cristo sandwich with fries and Roadster Cali burger with Mexican corn. Soft pretzel appetizer was free when signed up for Ford Garage app. All food tasted good, corn needed some spice. Burger a solid med rare by request. Pretzels were tasty. Service ok. Atmosphere was loud and echoed.

Took my family here. The fried pickle appetizer i would not recommend. Just doesn't make sense. Overall food was ok. But over priced

Having visited the Norwood location and having a great experience, I was excited to try the closer Florence location. I took another one of my best friends here for her birthday to spend time together and I got there before my friend. Requested a booth and was met with attitude by the host stand employees and/or supervisor that was standing there. They said it would be about a 20 minute wait, which they were busy, but I said that was fine since I was waiting for said friend. Then, 5 minutes later they sat me saying they guess they could sit us in the open booth. I’m not sure what the big deal was. Beyond the hostess staff, our waitress was very sweet, polite, and attentive. She really turned around the entire experience. Our food came out great and delicious. This location feels smaller than the other one, but still has so many fun details to it as well. Aside from the front of house issue, we had a great experience.

We both had a burger....they were fine... nothing to brag about...service....well Matthew wasn't that great... atmosphere was different, Ford theme was cool but damn it was loud....gotta admit for a burger and fries it was pricey...and there are better ones for less out there

Service was great. Unfortunately the food was a letdown. I was asked how I wanted my burger and replied with medium. It came out well done. It's a burger place that can't cook burgers to order. Why bother asking if the kitchen isn't capable. And the fries were over seasoned.

Long wait after the order was taken. My steak was well done when I ordered med rare. We did not like, or consume the Fizz drink that recommend, but it wasn't removed from our check.

Music was WAY too loud and the ladies bathroom was dirty. Food was great and Julz our server was awesome!
I asked our server if the kitchen could cut the onion on my burger. (I have a Malifacial disorder that inhibits me from tearing things like onion) and she said no. We will not do anything special for you. I told her I just need the onion cut a little. She said the kitchen isn’t a me to do that. What the heck??? They don’t have a knife in the kitchen? This will be my last visit here. Rude rude RUDE!!

This was a fun place to visit. The food was delicious and the service was great. The missing star is due to price being a little higher than it’s worth. The food offered isn’t too far different than other restaurant so to be higher per item seems a bit out of place.
With that being said, I will likely visit again and would recommend anyone visit at least once.
