We walked in at 6 PM did not get sat until like 15 minutes after we arrived. drinks were not served for 25 minutes after being sat. Waiter would not take her orders, kept on forgetting pen and pad, and would not just go to retrieve the pen and pad and would meander around and serve other people. Took our order then an additional 20 minutes past before retrieving half of the food we ordered. Originally five other tables were full by the time we had left we were the only ones left in that establishment. Had to ask for them to fix half of our order just for them to bring it back with wrong toppings that was originally not ask for. Waiter. Got an attitude for forgetting to add fries to our platter. Even though only one of the platters didn’t have fries not both. Overall terrible experience terrible customer service, and that waiter should be fired. Spent an hour and a half inside there and only received half of our food.

Lori is family to us now. My family has been asking for her for years and years. She always does an outstanding job. Food is always decent but yesterday it was knocked out of the. Very good. All cooked well. Love this location and hope it stays

So today is Friday 10/04/2024 @7:40am and I order my food thru Drive through, get up to the window after waiting 5ish minutes and they say they are our of Spicy spuds. So they couldn't mention that as I was ordering my food. Instead, They made me wait an extra 5 minutes. Get up to the window and say we're out of Spicy Spudes. The whole reason why I was there in the first place...... I am 44 yrs old, It's called communication, it's not hard!!!!! Just tell me as I'm ordering,

The worst Big boy I ever ate in my life. I was shocked. The party was shrunken to the smaller than it used to be bun, it was fried out, almost charred, unseasoned, and regrettable in every way. My Dad is 80 and has been eating Big boys since the 50's. He said that was the worst sandwich he ever bought, and the last Big boy he will ever eat. I second that. It's a disgrace.
My meal was a little burned, but our waitress made up for that. She was attentive and friendly.
