Outstanding customer service. Wife and I and 1 year old grandson went to Fuji for wife's birthday dinner. Just as chef starts cooking my grandson gets ill (vomiting). Wife runs him to restroom and I get help from staff for floor. The staff assisted my wife with bringing her warm towels to clean him up bags to put dirty clothes into. Once we got him changed they helped us box our untouched meals and got us the check promptly. The staff went above and beyond to help us get our little guy cleaned and get our food prepped and out the door as we didn't want to upset other guests. My wife ate her meal at home and said it was great.

One of my favorite places to eat. I enjoy the cooking show on the hibachi grill. Each time is a new experience and usually you meet fun people at your shared table.
This was my first time at a Japanese restaurant, and it was amazing! The food was amazing, the staff was friendly and funny, and it was overall nice to eat here. It is so cool to watch them cook your food at the table while cracking jokes and entertaining their customers. I will definitely come here again sometime!

Used to be one of our favorites. Prices increased and quality decreased. My wife's food came out fine, my food came 10 minutes after hers and it was all cold. Not even warm, especially the rice and that's after paying the uncharged for fried rice.
This used to be our favorite, go-to place for birthdays, family outings & any occasion we could use just to get there but lately I’ve had nothing but terribly disappointing experiences. They raised the prices almost to a level of insanity but we were like, “inflation ? still worth it” but then on now three occasions even with paying the higher price we have NEVER received anything like the portions we’d get before. I even counted the last two times with the steak shrimp combo we got 4 then like 2 & a half steak pieces then 5 shrimp then literally ONE SHRIMP!!! Plus the third time they forgot our soup … ?? what the heck Fuji! Do better

We were on vacation and traveling through Kentucky when we found this place. Very nice experience here! All six of us were seated at a hibachi grill and had a great “show”! Between our whole party, we had steak, calamari, shrimp and lobster. Everything was very good! Especially the fried rice! Definitely a must try if passing through!
Wheelchair accessibility: My grandparents that we were traveling with both had bulky walkers and it was very easy to navigate through the restaurant with them.

Went here yesterday to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and what a waste of hundreds of dollars. The server was so RUDE, discombobulated, rushing us from the second we sat down, and made us feel uncomfortable. She did hardly nothing and they know they’re getting gratuity, is that why they feel entitled to give terrible service? The bathroom was dirty, there’s the smallest stream of water to wash your hands, the busser came to remove the dirty dishes after eating, I mean still eating still have drinks left and they’re trying to get you out as fast as possible but left a plate and bowl that wasn’t used by our party, but was left there the whole time to get contaminated, I even touched them to get them out of the way. So the next guests are getting dirty dishes. Terrible! Also, the hibachi guy literally JUST cooked the food, zero entertainment or personality. Isn’t that why the prices are so high? Because ninja grill is WAY BETTER and very inexpensive.
