I asked for 2 plain cheese coneys and they got it wrong. I should have checked my food but it’s not easy to tell if you have mustard and onion under your cheese coneys unless you take a bite, which I eventually did once I made it to work. I called and complained about it so they told me to come back and they’ll remake the order. It was 15 mins before closing and I was a little hesitant but I took a chance and got there 2mins before closing and of course they told me they was closed and that I didn’t call the Florence location which was them and I did, they told me it was the Florence mall which closed at 6pm on Sundays so that’s impossible. I lost money on food and gas today unfortunately
The one on Mall Rd in Florence is horrible..ill never go back..

I don't know what happened but the last 3 times eating here the chili is watered down. This time I asked to get chili and not water and it was still almost an inch of water I poured out of my regular 4 way. I won't be back to gold star.

Best double cheeseburger and fries!!
Coney sauce was ok, hot dogs are tiny ( perfect for a toddler), chili cheese fries were mushy and cold. Server was nice.
