Seated quickly and served quickly as well, server and manager both very attentive during our visit! Orders taken promptly and food came out quick and fresh, very good temp and presentation was stellar! Refills on drinks and crackers done efficiently! This location was busy for Cincinnati Chili Week and they did an amazing job!!

It's a great place to eat at they just need improvement on there noodles in the way of them being bigger and they need to maintenance their restrooms better even though it was perfectly clean when I was there and had a very nice toilet in it and plenty of hot water which is a big plus and way better than the Jersey Mike's in Independence 🤘 wishing gold start lots of chilli love from their biggest supporter 💋❤️❤️❤️❤️

I tried the new crispy chicken sandwich & crinkle fries. My Gold Star App gave me a free cookies and creme milk shake for FREE. Coke Zero to drink. Everything was delicious!
My server, Joy, was so friendly and did a great job!
