Worst pizza place in florence ky. Terrible service ,The food is always burnt nobody speaks clearly . Go to Garzellis in erlanger better food ,better service , better everything. I ate here for along time but I am sick of the crappy service and crappy food never ever again lost long time customer because you are to cheap to hire qualified people or to train the ones you have properly. Really terrible food and service.

We placed a delivery order and first of the delivery person kept pushing on my door saying no doggie please because she didn't want me to open the door. I had my dog in my arms and she was so afraid and my dog does not bite. But let me tell you about the mushroom hoagie I got. No mushrooms and barely any sauce, any cheese or pickles and the bun was so burnt. I'm not eating that. So we called and complained and they said the delivery driver made her last delivery at 8:00 pm to us and to bring it back to them. We ordered delivery because hubby and I are both sick and we told them that. We ask for a credit and the manager gets on the phone and said no we will not deliver you another one and bring me the hoagie and you will get your credit. Wrong thing to say for sure. Hubby is on his way now. Not sure what's going on at this location but I can not believe the quality of the food and the rudeness of the manager. Shame on you woman.

I don't leave a lot of reviews and I've eaten here since they've opened but I'm not sure if they've changed ownership or what but their pizzas don't have as much cheese as they used to and it's always undercooked. I ordered a small extra cheese pizza today and it wasnt melted all the way. I've always loved their pizza until now.

The food was not good at all. My order wasn’t all there. I called the restaurant to tell the lady that my hoagie wasn’t there. She said it’s not my problem and hung up on me. I would never ever eat from there again.

Tried grandmas for the first time today ordered small pizza, a fish basket, cheese, curds, and a hoagie. The hoagie was missing when we got our order. Call the store to let them know a lady with a foreign accent, answered the phone and bluntly said not my problem. Call DoorDash and hung up. As some of the reviews have stated the cheese pizza came with all of the cheese to one side. Don’t know if this was the delivery driver or if the pizza just got slung around in the restaurant but I doubt we will ever eat here again because of the customer service the lady was really rude to my wife. So I would not recommend grandma‘s pizza to anyone.

Wow, I just dined in for the first time ever, though I have been getting delivery forever, and I was surprised how large, but cozy their dining area is. The service and food are always great.

The last few times I have entreated, over an hour before closing, they are so unpleasant. Let me make this clear i lovvvveeeee their pizza! Truly so yummy but never fails the the customer service is beyond awful!
