Rude people
Ordered birthday cookie cake on 10/5 for 10/6 pickup. On 10/6, I went to pick up the cookie cake and it had not been made. They failed to recognize the online order. To make matters worse, they could not refund my money at the store. I was told by Kevin, Mgr, that it would be refunded in a couple days. Over a week later, I still have not received my refund. BUYER BEWARE!

Went in yesterday May 20th around 11:30ish the girl that was working was extremely rude she tried to sell me broken cookies when I said something her whole body language changed she took the cookie and threw it away very hard I was disgusted with her attitude I changed my mind and decided not to purchase. I will never stop by here again she need to be re trained and conduct herself better it’s common sense not to serve broken cookies to customers I mean we’re paying you guys money why would I spend my money on crumbled cookies do better.... also calling corporate on her as well...

I wanted a snack so I got 2 chocolate chip cookies. The price was $2.28 for TWO cookies. They were bland and had a powdery consistency. Stay away!
