Employees barely speak English and don't pay attention to what you're ordering. Then expect you to call the owner for a refund when they screw it up. Vegetables are wilted and old. Will not return to this location ever again.

I hadn't shopped at this place for a long time since they changed the service staff and today when I stopped to place my food order I came across the most disgusting thing: the person receiving the order didn't understand my order and started spitting in the trash can in front of me. from the grill next to the Counter that is not done, it was very disgusting

Terrible customer service, short lady with the blonde highlights was very rude with every customer! Dry sandwich with no toppings even though I ordered with all toppings. Take your money elsewhere.?
Horrible. Cashier barely talked to me. Like I was an imposition. I got a great steak, only steak extra steak and extra cheese. Barely any meat. And no double cheese ( as i asked for cheese sauce for my 2nd cheese) and the bread was not cooked. Like raw frozen bread. No warm or tasted at all. Very very dry and bland even with the extra season salt I asked for.
It's a shame... been going there for 30 yrs. That was my last time. Long ago are the days of good oh Johnny owning and running the spot.
Will be my last time for sure.
