Learned today a lot of items have been taken off the menu as long as sauce ingredients changed. I’ve always gone to hooters just for their famous original hot wings, after having this beloved item today I will no longer be returning unless the go back to their old recipe.

The bartender this passed weekend a stuck up and had a bad attitude. There was no motivation, we felt rushed, the mozzarella sticks werent fresh. I could keep going on and on. I think something needs done as far a management goes and some attitudes need put into check.

Nothing to write about, typical hooters. Food basically, service there and atmosphere plain.
Girlfriend had a burger and fries which was very good. I had fish and chips. The fries were ok but not very warm, the fish was ok but very greasy. Had boneless wings for an appetizer, very disappointed. Asked for medium heat buffalo and could neither see nor taste any thing of buffalo sauce.

Took 30 minutes to get some wings and buffalo shrimp. There were maybe 10 tables of customers and 3 or 4 servers working, so it wasn't even busy. Wings and shrimp came to our table bone dry. Pointed it out to the server. She brought us 2 side cups of sauce that we conveniently got charged extra for. Typical Hooters day of servers interacting with creepy old guys or the handful of regulars instead of serving their actual tables. Sometimes I think the regulars should fill out an application. I promise I tip better than any other customers if I actually get good service. There's a reason Hooters stores keep closing. I don't see any Buffalo Wild Wings stores ever go out of business. I used to enjoy going to Hooters. It was always a good vibe and atmosphere. Now it's just trash

Staff is more worried about talking to the 5 regulars they get or each other to bother trying to get new business. Restaurant is always not busy at all and it’s not a wonder why. If staff gave an effort instead of complaining maybe people would come here.

We were super hungry and were seated quickly. Our server took our order and all was ok. Food took a long time to come out. We only order 2 orders of 10 wings and a basket of fries. After 20 plus mins server came back to let us know she had put the order in wrong. Being hungry, we said to just bring what was made. Food FINALLY came and no fries. We reminded her when she asked if we needed anything else that we had ordered fries also. Waited another 6 mins for fries and they were burning hot so we still had to wait to eat them. Didn’t get to eat them with our wings. Food was mediocre, service was lacking and timeline was rough. We can just hit Raisin Cane’s. Even with the line we know the food will be great. 😕
