The server at Florence locations Brittany was being nasty to African American customers. She needs to fired she has a reallly nasty attitude we will never come back there's no way anyone should talk to anyone like that it's no professional if I was him I would sue you guys. I still like Hooters original bone in breaded wings BUT no wonder they are struggling (the fact that they opened up their newest location in The Villages in Florida tells you everything you need to know about their Customer demographics!). The wings are HALF the size they used to be. Obviously Sourcing smaller, cheaper wings. But of course the price NEVER comes down because of this.

I was in town for the night and felt like having a beer. Was sat immediately. That was the last contact I had. 5 minutes I sat at the table without even being greeted by a server. At that point I got up and told the host I was going somewhere that I'd get service. Don't waste your time or even your money here if given the chance to spend it. I understand that a good portion of their job is looking pretty, but that shouldn't be where the service stops. I'll never go there again.

Worst waitress ever totally messed up our order and then when I said something to her the response I got was oh yeah sorry there is only 2 people on the floor and we are busy!!!!! Didn’t even ask if she could make it right or even asked what was wrong with our order just not worth eating here! Management could care less!
