This experience is harder to explain. All I have to say is if you are always angry then how can you know how your actions are affecting others around you?! The atmosphere created by staff was thick and heavy.

Layout, too cramped, felt like I couldn't move around or eat comfortably. I suggest spreading out tables more. The food was good, and the service was sufficient. It's just too tight for our liking. We will not be returning.

Bathrooms filthy. Switch flipped for service but instead three or four employees were just chilling in the lobby waiting area.

The whole place was so dirty. The decor was nasty, the table was broken where the top wasn't connected to the base correctly, and one of our chairs was missing a part and wobbled like crazy. Floors were gross. It's really all nasty and gross. Not what you want to eat looking at.

Service was super slow and we had to ask another server for refills the one time we requested them. . . It was overall such a crappy experience. So disappointing compared to how it was about three years ago when last we came.

The place has really gone downhill in an unsanitary hand basket. Management should try to get it back together. I can honestly say the past several Waffle Houses we've been to have been tremendously cleaner, with faster service, and better prices. The prices at IHOP are so overblown for the quality of food they give, but this location is plain trash recently.

I went to IHOP for dinner, our server was amazing and so was the food! I had my 2-year-old daughter with me, and she was a little rowdy. As i was working on getting my daughter to settle down, a different server who wasn’t even serving us and was serving a different table, decided to yell at my daughter from across the dinning room. I feel as if it is not her place to yell at my kid. If she would have came up to our table and asked us kindly to try to keep her settled down it would not have bothered me. It’s the fact she felt the need to yell across the store and at a 2-year-old who wasn’t her kid or related to her in any way.

Went the other day. Ordered and waitress said be back shortly. After 40 minutes and seeing a table come in after us and being served I got up. Looked for someone to ask where is our order. A minute later the food came. The order had the wrong eggs. I had enough time to leave. By that time we went some place else for lunch.

Stood in the lobby for 10 mins at 10:30pm. Waitress walked past me, didn’t make eye contact, and went to the kitchen. I work late so it would be nice for a 24 hour restaurant to actually be 24 hours.
